Flawless service from start to finish. Ordered flowers for my father-in-laws funeral and they arrived in pristine condition. Not a stem broken.
I made his casket arrangement in the colours of the Irish flag and the quality of the blooms were stunning. There were plenty of flowers left over and they are still going strong two weeks later. Will definitely be a return customer. Many thanks x

The whole team are amazing and I would 100% recommended using Triangle Nursery.
I am no florist and have only dabbled in putting flowers together from a school work experience placement nearly 20 years ago. So, as a complete novice and during the first lock down, I decided to put my own wedding flowers together.
Both before and during placing my first order from Triangle Nursery, Debbie was so unbelievably helpful! She guided me on what types of dried flowers would work, how much I'd need to order and gave me tips for how to prepare / make them up. Debbie was so friendly and responded really quickly to all of my queries - nothing seemed like too much trouble. The YouTube tutorials were also super helpful too!
Since then, I have ordered all of my flowers from Triangle Nursery for anything crafty that I have been putting together. From bits and bobs for other dried flower designs to supplies for wreath making workshops and making pumpkin flower arrangements. I also signed up to the Academy of Flowers which provides some brilliant resources.
The website is really easy to use and the delivery/tracking is spot on. Everything arrives well packaged and as it should.
The whole team are amazing and I would 100% recommended using Triangle Nursery.

Absolutely disgusted.
I don't know if your response was to make you look good but I will clarify things. On Friday I was informed by DPD that my delivery would be at least 3 days late. I called yourselves & spoke to Nat asked for advice she said she would contact DPD & if they delivery was indeed going to be late did I wish to return to sender. I said yes. It was a pleasant conversation & if you have been told any different I hope you still have the recording of the telephone conversation.
On Sunday night when I tried to place my weekly order my account was suspended. When I phoned on Monday morning to ask why I was told that it was due to the amount of issues they have had with me.
And again listen to the telephone recording. I have nothing to hide in the manner of both telephone calls.
****This is an update of my response to your original reply which you have edited 10 times. I have been notified by email each time As for me failing to mention about receiving a refund I am still waiting****
****Further update ***** You are now stating that my account was not suspended but put on hold due to my customer history & making sure you could fulfil my order? (my history was complaining about dead & damaged flowers) not being rude on the phone as you accused me of & your recordings of the telephone conversations would prove that.

Unfortunately on this occasion, the delay of the order with DPD was caused by unforeseen circumstances (i.e. severe weather / flooding) and could not be rectified in the given timescale. As stated in your previous review for the same order, a 100% refund was issued immediately after the telephone conversation with our staff member. Please note, payments can take between 5-7 working days to return into your bank account dependent on your provider.
Based on your previous customer history, the account was put on hold until further notice to ensure that our teams, both internal and external were able to fulfil the orders.
I sincerely apologise that you have experienced a negative experience with our company. Should you wish to discuss this matter further, please contact the office advisors on telephone or email.

Amazing flowers and service
Received fantastic service and advice from Mary at Triangle. From my first phone call to the delivery, I couldn’t be more satisfied. The flowers were for my daughter’s wedding and so were very important. The company couldn’t have been more helpful when I asked if I could increase my order at the last minute. Every flower arrived in perfect condition the quality of the packaging was fantastic. I was so thrilled and so were my daughter and new son in law! Can’t recommend this supplier more highly.

Fantastic customer service, great flowers
Ordered flowers and consumables for a funeral tribute which were good quality and the chrysanthemums really looked spectacular. I also ordered a mystery bouquet which had some gorgeous pale pink roses and other flowers which were stunning and made beautiful sprays to set off the tribute. The order was packed really well, delivery was perfect and a special shout out to their customer service as the funeral was pushed back and yet they amended my delivery date with no issues at all. I was very happy with this company and will order again. 10/10

Excellent support and customer service
I can't speak highly enough of the support given by the Triangle team. The 'how to' videos were invaluable for a first time wedding florist. The support and advice from the website chat facility was prompt and very helpful. The quality of the flowers and greenery was great and the team went over and above expectations to organise an emergency delivery of table garlands when the dpd delivery of that box was mis-routed. I will definitely use Triangle again. Highly recommended.

As a trained ex-florist I ordered flowers from Triangle for my father’s funeral in December. Great quality flowers, lasting well into January. Also ordered bought in moss that wasn’t up to standard but Mary was apologetic and gave full refund for it. Thoroughly recommend Triangle.

The customer service was excellent and the protea flowers that we ordered were absolutely magnificent. Together with the wedding foliage package we were able to make some very striking bridesmaids bouquets and table decorations for our daughters wedding.
