I placed my order on Sunday, they were dispatched Monday and I have received them Friday, it would have been Wednesday if it wasn't for royal mail.

Baron was incredibly helpful and responded to all my queries within 30 minutes.

I am so happy with the service and I'm even happier with my cactai, all have arrived and are in an amazing condition and packaged with care.

I'm absolutely thrilled and would strongly recommend this website to anyone (best I've found) i will certainly be back for more.

I ordered a Trichocereus Echinopsis Pachanoi, pot and premium substrate. Everything arrived safely packaged and on time. The cactus looked very healthy and bigger than expected. Byron kindly replied to all my questions thoroughly and also shared plenty of information to grow these beautiful cacti.

Excellent service from Byron, I had a query which was quickly answered over email and everything else went smoothly, plants were well packaged and arrived healthy, they are now potted up and doing well.
The only thing to bare in mind is plants are only dispatched twice a week so depending when you place your order it may be a few days before the plants are sent.

so I got a subscription after my first purchase as I just simply couldn't choose orthodontist amazing selection of unique and beautiful trichos, I was given 3 amazingly healthy seedlings at a really great value of never had anywhere of recent. the staff are really pleasant and happy to spend time in contact to help their customers it really is a family at trichocereus uk. I later ordered some amazing substrate and prices I needed as I was running low and due to delivery cost they thought they'd surprise me with a absolutely beautiful cut wishbone sure to cherish for life. Was recommended by a friend and I doubt I need to look anywhere else for my tricho needs
