An Inept and miserable company

They sent me the wrong product and took 8 days to respond to me after I told them about it. After asking me for photos of what they sent me, they offered me a 50% discount, as they did not have the right item in stock. I accepted, but then they only refunded 50% of the product, not the shipping. They even rounded it down from 5.645 to 5.64. If that doesn't show the attitude of this company, I don't know what does.

I quote customer service: "Since both products have very similar functions, we offer you to keep the product and receive a 50% refund." I only ordered that one product. I tried to be understanding with the seller and accepted, but looking back I should have demanded a full refund and that they pay for the return shipping, which is a customer right in the EU.

Very satisfied

My order arrived as advised, all products are perfect and original. I loved the extra present box with many testers. Great experience, great prices, I will definately use them again.

Satisfied, would order again

Used to order hair oils, two packs, with a nice discounted price. I normally use the brand, so already happy with it. Shipped with a one day delay, but arrived 2 days after, no problem for me.
