So glad I stumbled across this bike shop online. I have always used independent bike shops when buying a new bike because you usually get better service and advice. David and his shop are up there with the best. I travelled 130 miles from Dover to collect a KTM e-bike from him when I couldn't find one locally and didn't want to trust a big faceless online company to deliver. He is very knowledgeable about all things bike related and had the bike set up and fully charged ready for me to collect at the agreed time. He went through the basics with me and using his vast knowledge answered all my questions. Before I tested it around the car park, to check I was happy. Having taken it for a longer test ride since, I can say that everything is set up as it should be and I can't fault his service or friendly attitude. My only complaint is that he is a long way from me, so I cant use him more often. Lets hope my local independent shop can match his service. I have no doubt you will receive good service from him and recommend him to anyone needing a bike and honest advice. All the best, Mark.

I purchased my first eBike from Tringmotion. I wanted some extra accessories for the one they had in stock which were ordered and setup on the bike in just a few days. David delivered the bike himself and gave me a run down on how it worked. I would recommend Tringmotion to anyone buying an ebike.

This is one of those special occasions where I rush to leave a review! WOW - David has gone way over and above normal expectations of customer service for me in the warranty exchange of a Garmin product. David has supported me throughout a slightly complicated and longer than usual exchange procedure and done more than I ever could have expected to bring the case to a 100% successful conclusion! It has been a complete pleasure to deal with Tringmotion and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them for a second! This may all seem a bit of an over-the-top set of comments, but please believe me when I say how much of a pleasure it has been to leave this review for them!

My first experience with these cycling glasses after a 66 mile ride is they are super. After using varifocal inserts I found these so much better, no distortion when turning left or right, no bowing of the head. Easy vision of the Garmin map, and last but not least, a good quality product

Love the glasses saves taking more than one pair out took 3weeks to receive them hence the 4stars not blaiming the supplier but the current situation highly recommend the bifocals look and are high quality

Received glasses quickly should have been plus 2.5 arrived as plus 2 sent email mentioning problem immediate response telling me the correct lenses are being posted out to me. We all make mistakes but it’s how you put it right.
