TripAdvisor Reviews 

For a long time I have relied on tripadvisor as a key source of information. However recently I have found it difficult to work out what are the best attractions in a new place amongst their collection of group tour adverts and sales pitches. There are also a lot of emails asking if you are still going somewhere or reminding you to book somewhere you looked at (even if you you are no longer going there). It is still a good double check on something you are considering, but no longer my prime source of information - despite how much I have contributed to it over the years.

The site affords me an opportunity from the comfort on my home view difference holiday option available and be able to rate my experiences, which in turn can help other holiday makers.

I always go to this site once I decide a location to visit either to check hotel reviews or ideas for places to see during my stay

I always turn to Trip Advisor when planning a holiday, booking accommodation or booking tours. I weigh up all the comments, to make my own independent judgement. The forums are also very helpful. I would never take a holiday without firstly checking out the ratings on Trip Advisor.

The 1st thing that people go for on a Review app are the Ratings! They should be easier accessible.

Best travel site to look for holidays destinations, hotels and pass customers reviews

I find everything I need here and the reviews are fairly accurate for nearly all the places I’ve visited

Trip advisor has everything i need including Special offers. I like to do reviews as i like readong them about places i have been. Its my first app to go to when i need advise

Generally good quality reviews. Some reviews seem overly critical, but that can't be censored. I read one which gave a B and B , which I had reviewed as 5 stars, only 3 stars as there were no croissants for breakfast.
I always look for the venues that reply to a review as I generally find them very good quality.
There is an excellent selection information on restaurants, things to do, acommodation etc, easily accessed.

Honest, authentic and genuine ratings from real people to support people on their choices when booking experiences, whether its accommodation, dining or special interests.

I always go to trip advisor. TripAdvisor is always up to date with what’s happening in the travel world.

I find it useful to consult Trip Advisor reviews for places I am planning to visit.
Just gives you a heads up and different points of view - things you may never have considered.

I always go to it for advice before I travel.

This site is my to go too site, to either write a review or look at reviews.

Doing a review is always a chore. It's not obvious how to get to the review section. The website seems more designed for searchers rather than reviewers

I believe the vast majority of people who make the time to write reviews to share their experiences are genuine. It is an invaluable tool for me in making travel, accommodation and leisure activity decisions.

Given the number of web sites offering hotel and airline services, it is difficult to certain, but the site, generally provides valuable information and an opportunity to get feedback to providers.

Have found this site to be the most wide ranging and comprehensive covering reviews all over the world. As a contributor we are given feedback and the provision for readers to ask questions.
