Great service and products, but I'm sad that they are going out of business.

I had ordered nutrition supplements as well as bike tired and new tubes.. originally.
I got some great deals and I was really looking forward to using all of my new stuff with plenty of time until my half iron man.
I waited a month for my goodies to arrive, I didn't realize a month had passed while I was waiting, because I was focused on training and traveling for work.
I finally was able to all trisports during normal business hours (after I left a message outside of normal business hours).
Eric had assisted me and he was nice as ever.. he was the best part of all of this.
He informed me that my order was cancelled.
I had not cancelled it, not sure who did! (Good thing my credit card wasn't charged, or I would have been angry!)
Eric was able to get me similar tires (not the ones I originally wanted) and tubes.
The nutrition supplements were sold out :(
so I found them.. actually at a better price, from another site in the mean time, but sadly.. they didn't have all the flavors I wanted.
He was able to price match my tires/tubes and ship them to me within 2 days.
Over all happy with what I had received, but all I wanted was my original order.

I ordered a Pair of Luis Garneau Tri Shoes $82. I received a Saddle Mounting kit that had an Indiana address on the invoice. I called Customer Service Three times during working hours. No answer.. I left my Phone number on voice mail. No call back. I also emailed Tri sport with no response.

I purchased two triathlon cycling shorts (one Try and one Zoot). Perfect fit and as advertised. I am looking at the purchase of a couple of more in the near future. Timely shipping. Highly recommend TriSport.

Your web sight offered the T4 carbon aero bars I wanted at a very nice price.Your sight is easy to shop,select and order from. I received my ordered parts in a few days which was great! Thanks much,Steve

Everything has always been no less than perfect with you. I'm sorry the bank and that judge screwed you. It sucks that you're going away because you're exactly what triathlon needs and all that's good about it. Pros aside, we're all just a bunch of people trying to prove something to ourselves or meet new people or just stay healthy and have fun doing it. You guys never make people feel like the amateurs that we are and always treat everyone with kindness and respect. Here's to hoping all of you land on your feet and find success in whatever it is you do. Thank you very much.

Good customer service. I only wish there was a way to order a certain amount and qualify for free shipping, I'd be more inclined to buy more frequently.

What every customer wants: an easy to navigate website/ordering process; timely acknowledgements of each step in order response; time delivery; and excellent product.

My online shopping experience was very good. They always answered my questions and sent the products (carbon wheel and other stuff) very well packaged. Also the prices were on super sale. I will buy again for sure.

I received a product without the accessories I thought were would be shipped with the item. Several calls to TriSports have gone unanswered. I Cannot get anyone to respond or call me back.

Very disappointed in the follow-up service.

The PR Six qBox I ordered was at a great price compared to anything else on the internet. It arrived promptly. It was as advertised.

Great customer service, fast shipping

Good on prices, but quite poor for customer service. I've left two messages and have received no return calls over the span of three weeks.
