Thank you TriUK!

I've shopped regularly at TriUK over a number of years. Bikes, wetsuits and other general triathlon stuff. When I needed a wetsuit for my first Ironman a couple of years ago, TriUK was my first option by a country mile. The staff asked me all the right questions about my swimming style, ability and expected time for the swim leg. On the basis of that assessment were able to recommend the perfect suit for me. Not only that, I was able to try the suit in the shops endless pool... The suit worked an absolute treat.

If you want to discuss your individual requirements with friendly, informed staff who know their sport and will therefore add value to your purchase look no further.

...and the bike fitting, lactate threshold tests, and great coffee...!

Thanks guys and see you soon.

Exemplary Customer Service!

I purchase a bike with Tri UK a year ago. Not living particularly close to the shop, I ideally wanted a bike fit and to be able to take the bike home the same day. From the first email to the Tri UK team to the bike fit, their service was exceptional and I was able to take the bike home on the same day as the fitting.

A couple of weeks ago I had a fairly major mechanical issue with one component on the bike (turned out to be a manufacturing issue and not the fault of Tri UK). I emailed Tri UK with photos and a description of the issue and after a couple of ping pong emails (including Tri UK with the bike distributor), within 48hrs I was in possession of a replacement component - meaning no lost training sessions :-)

I would certainly recommend Tri UK, they have an excellent range of stock, prices are pretty standard with other companies, but what really stood out for me was that they are not just concerned with new business, they also care about existing customers, meaning in the unfortunate event of any mishaps/issues, you can be rest assured you are in safe hands.

Not only the Largest Triathlon Store in the World - But the Best

I have just had the amazing 'Guru Fit' for my shiney new Cervelo P5 - Custom build with Ultegra DI2/Dura Ace mix, a Rotor Power Crank and Zipp 404s :-) Fantastic service as always from Ali, Chris and the team at TriUK. The bike fit was amazingly thorough and i was made to feel 'very special' where nothing was too much trouble.
I have been with TriUK for a very long time now (about 25yrs) when triathlon was unheard of and the shop was based in Gravesend and i have seen the store grow as the sport has developed. I have always found them extremely supportive of the sport as well as individuals and teams and as a coach and athlete myself i have no hesitation in recommending the store to friends, colleagues and other athletes.
All of the staff on the shop floor 'know their stuff' and as the world's largest triathlon store they are pretty much guaranteed to have just what you are looking for and at the right price.

Superb Customer Service and Products

I have been using TriUK now for 15 years - since I started doing triathlon. The staff have always been extremely helpful with advice and support in everything I have purchased from the store. My latest and most prized possession is my Cervelo S2 road bike, along with my Mavic helmet and shoes. Excellent products that have not let me down in any races or training I have also, purchased my wetsuits from TriUK for the past 15 years and used their Foor range from basic to advanced - none of the wetsuits have let me down either.
The store has gone from a small high street shop to a superstore in the same town - but the service and support from ALL of the staff has remained second to none. I have, and do, regularly recommend TriUK to my own clients and friends - who are prepared to travel a 2 hour round trip for the products and friendly smiley faces in the store.

Brilliant service and great range of products

I decided to try cycling once again after having a bad experience as a teenager so went to TriUK as I had heard good things about the company. The service I received by the TriUK team was second to none. They were so patient with me, helping me find the right size bike and sorting my helmet (the comfiest helmet I have ever worn). They had a huge selection of products and kit. I look forward to my next visit!

Now Thats What I Call Service

As a road cycling novice, I spent many hours researching bikes and equipment in advance of purchasing my bike. I visited Tri UK with the intention of purchasing a road bike. When i arrived in store i was actually blown away by the amount of stock on display. It was great to have the opertunity to see so many different brands and models in person.

I was greeted by a young but very knowledgable sales assistant. I explained that i had a MTB but was looking at getting a road bike. The sales assistant was great, as he understood by budget and requirements and then walked me through a number of different bikes, giving me the pros and cons.

It was very refreshing to have sales staff sharing tips and knowledge with me rather than the hard sell.

Not only did i pick the bike that suited me the best, i also had the bike fitted to me correctly.
I rode out of store very happy with my bike and the service i received.

Also pleased to say i have been back a number of times to purchase cycle kit and upgraded my wheels. Again i have received fantastic customer service and advice.

Thank you

Fantastic people helping Junior Triathletes

For some time I had been searching for wetsuits for the members of Alnwick Junior Tri Club in Northumberland. In general, the junior tri wetsuits on the market were too small and the adult ones too broad; we needed around 15 tall, lanky, skinny wetsuits and I was at a loss where to find such a thing. I contacted Ali and the team at TriUK and she offered us superb advice. We are still buying wetsuits from them and wouldn't consider going anywhere else. Their service is great, their pricing is brilliant and the supply and delivery is fast.

Great Bikes - Great advice and service

I can't understand some of the reviews I've read here. I and my club mates have trusted Tri-UK for years. Just bought a new Wilier road bike, helmet etc (you know what it's like, the colours have to match...) for a trip to tackle five major climbs in the Alps last week. The help I received from shop staff was first class, and I left with the right package for me. You need to set a budget though, they have such lovely kit it would be easy to get carried away! I'll be back to upgrade my shoes soon. I can leave my wife at the in-store coffee shop to talk with other 'cycling widows' and spend hours browsing. Should be your first-choice/default store to visit, so matter where you are in the UK, you'll not find a better store or range of equipment.

Best local bike shop

I bought myself my first carbon road bike from Tri Uk in Yeovil. Good friendly service from Dan and John. Excellent help and knowledge all the way through to the bike fit session. The whole atmosphere of the shop is professional but with that right amount of friendliness. I would recommend them to anyone looking for good honest advice.

They have everything!

I started riding last summer, and finally decided that my second hand bike needed to be upgraded to something more suitable and lightweight. After being given advice by the TriUK staff I came to the decision that a Cannondale Synapse was the perfect bike for me out of the hundreds of bikes on display in the shop. The best part of it all was the guru bike fit - I'm so comfortable on it and I can't wait to get out and do my first 100km ride!

Excellent Service

I recently purchased my first road bike from TRIUK. The sales team were amazing so friendly and knowledgeable, they spent hours with me until we found the bike that suited me along with all the kit. I have been back in many times to buy additional items or to ask a question and I always get the same excellent service that I received on my first visit. As an example on Saturday I was due to do a 100km ride and I noticed a slight crack on my tyre, so I took in and was told it was a fault with the product, knowing that I only had a short time before I had to leave for the event, they replaced the tyres for me even though they were really busy - nothing is too much trouble for these guys. EXCELLENT SERVICE every time :)

Great people, great bikes, GREAT SERVICE

Being a serious 'roadie' and probably a demanding customer, I have nothing other than praise for these guys. They understand my requirements and I feel it is their passion to service mine. As well as my £6,000 'baby' they have been equally attentive in supplying bikes for my whole family and personally I never want to buy a bike (or get one serviced) anywhere else. First class !

TRIUK, a company that knows how to make you feel special

I recently wanted to get into road cycling and had heard lots of good things about TRIUK, we made the time to visit and select a new bike and all the gear. Apart from the massive amount they have in stock there, I was really blown away by how much they care and how much time they took to talk us through everything. It's clear they are all avid cyclists and that they know the industry inside out. Every element of what we bought was discussed, and the advice was fantastic. From shoe fitting to bike fitting we went away feeling really cared for and satisfied that we had purchased the right gear for my needs. If you're investing any amount into cycling go to triuk first.

Brilliant Staff

After deciding to sign up for a 7K run later this year and having never run before I decided it would be best to purchase a proper pair of running shoes.

From talking with other, more experienced, runners, they suggested that I have a gait analysis to work out my running style.

I did some research, I took a trip to TriUK. The staff were friendly, knowledgable and took their time helping me find the perfect pair of shoes for me.

I have had my Mizuno shoes for a few weeks and have absolutely no complaints!

Thank you TriUK!!

Friendly staff with amazing cycling knowledge and a real understanding of a cyclists needs

I bought my first racing bike from Tri Uk 18 months ago. I had no real understanding of racing bikes. They helped me purchase a bike that suited my needs, helped kit me out with all the right gear in the confines of my budget as well as including a proper bike fit. They have serviced my bike and when I have needed help or had questions they have been really helpful. They have even taken me out on some of their organised Tri uk night rides. 18 months later I have just purchased my second racing bike and am over the moon. Thank you Tri UK

Good deals and pricing, but appalling service and a very shoddy (dangerous) bike build and service.

My partner and I visited TriUK (after visiting many other shops) attracted by their extensive range of triathlon bikes. We were served diligently when we first arrived, and after two visits we eventually purchased 2 bikes with a combined value in excess of £5000.

All good. We were happy with our purchases, the service had been friendly (although slightly pressured) and TriUK had agreed to swap a variety of components and set up our bikes for us.

Unfortunately:
- The saddle my partner wanted wasn't in stock, but was promised two day delivery to our home - when it did arrive after 5 weeks (and only after countless phone calls) it was the wrong one. Subsequent checks found the correct one online for less than the 'trade in' price we had been charged - they kept the original saddle that came with the bike.
- The agreed replacement of my crank set (for a different size) was not done when the bike was collected, despite it being paid for and listed on the receipt (again well over the odds compared internet prices despite it being a trade-in). Not thinking to check, this was only noticed when we got home (over 5 hours drive away).
- Despite being fully serviced and PDI'd (Pre Delivery Inspection), within 1 week (2 short rides), no less than 7 items had either come loose or had fallen off between the two bikes! Including: a headset (loose); both tri-bars on one bike (loose); a brake fitting (fell off); a front derailleur (loose resulting in damage to the chainset and derailleur); the cowling around my rear brake (fell off); and the alignment screws on one back wheel not being correctly adjusted, resulting in the wheel being out of alignment with the frame / brakes.

In short, despite a fantastic range, great deals, and a very convincing sales patter, I will NEVER purchase from TriUK again. I would recommend visiting a local bike shop that does things properly.
