Very professional. If any issue comes up, they never leave it unresolved. Quick, efficient, and excellent service.

Placed an order online with multiple fabrics. Needed to cancel one fabric out of the order. Denise was very helpful and was able to accommodate my request by canceling just the one fabric that I no longer needed. Great Customer Service!

Always room for improvement

Always room for improvement. I like this company a lot. It is my main source for materials. I like how you try to save on shipping. I have had a lot of issues with back orders. Not sure what is going on. But it is always annoying. There has to be a way to remedy this
