When you order prerelease Items not getting them for 2 weeks after is bad. Reviewing cards needs to be checked its amazing that my cards says played and all I do is open pack put in binder.And it's 75 percent of the time the higher dollars cards. We have no way to contact people you call he number and it justs rings. You email and you never get a response back.

Got a hit my packs weren't tampered with nothing I was extremely happy

Ive been trying to get a hold of someone TWICE!!! Bought two boxes of rarity collection 2!!! got a product that was not as pictured. I received the NA ver not the EU ver(as pictured) which is misleading. I just want to return the boxes for refund or for the correct boxes that i was made believed to get. My order number is 85172468, name on the order is Chia Lor. It was my first time buying from Troll and Toad and is not a positive one. Someone get back to me on this.

Logging/cataloging is very nice. The prices reflect market value if not even cheaper. Delivery is on time and undamaged. General things that people would like in an online card shop but others struggle with.

Never received tracking number for order upon shipment confirmation, never received order.

The cards I ordered was only half of the order and the other half was missing and the online order said I’d receive a full set

Fast, miniatures were not broken in transit, I got everything I was expecting.
