Nightmare..... call after call, email after email, won't take no for an answer. Terrible attitude from staff. Avoid!

Dealing with energy companies is never easy and so when I couldn't get any further myself I asked for help from Aaron Lee at CLA Energy Services . He stepped in with a bit of pressure to resolve the issue. It did take a long time over all but now it's fixed.

Aaron Lee was very helpful. My query was sorted quickly and efficiently.

Dylan has looked after us all the way, nothing is too much trouble and he has got us out of messes, he is an absolute star and i would thoroughly recommend him. I know every time i ask, he will be there.

In the past I`ve had immense problems with utility suppliers customer service (mainly incompetent or non existent) and have ended up having to involve the energy ombudsman. On of the reasons to go with Troocost was that they offered a service to act as intermediary to sort problems out. Already experiencing problems with one company not accepting our readings ( I think because of incorrect info sent over from Scottish Power with whom I am still in dispute with after 16 months of incorrect billing ) and Aaron from Troocost seems to be able to get through to the parts I cannot reach and is helping sort the problem out. Oh yes, and they also get rates better than I could achieve with going direct or using other brokers. So far its a win/win situation- good rates and no hassle. Long may it continue.

Adam Moody was extremely helpful in sourcing and putting into place a new energy contract for our small business premises. He answered any questions swiftly and nothing was too much trouble.

Troocost, acting for CLA Utility Sevices, have been most efficient and helpful with the new farm energy contracts. Their involvement was most necessary to overcome the problems of looking for a new supplier of electricity.

This company has no interest in helping anybody 😕 will never use these people again and I advise anyone never use them

Aaron Lee at SLE Energy Services has been extremely helpful in sorting out our utility issues, always following up until he knows it has been resolved. Never feel forgotten about which has been the case in the past.

At last we now have our farm supply out of "half hourly" and on a sensible supply and metering arrangement. Its take over 6 months of hassle with British Gas and meter suppliers but Gavin and Aaron at Troocost/CLA Energy have seen the whole process through with patience and "customer care" and produced a massive saving.
It would have been an even bigger headache without them.
They know what they are doing!

I was contacted by Sam Fazackerley who wanted to see if they were able to get us a better deal on our energy prices. I did say that we had recently signed up to a new deal with our current provider but gave Sam the opportunity to get us a better deal if he could. He contacted me the following day and said that we were being looked after already, and that there was nothing further they could do to help us at this point in time but when the contract was up for renewal he would get back in touch to see if he could help then. It was refreshing to deal with someone who wasn't pushy, who was a very funny and likeable person who made the whole experience an enjoyable one.
