Item very late - However refunded and sent free

Sadly after what seemed to be promising engagement, over a month later still no sign of my item I've ordered. They sell themselves as a UK company. But ship from Asia as far as I can see. I cannot recommend. If the item ever turns up I will update my post. But they wont be getting any more stars from me. I suggest avoiding this company.

Edit: I have changed my review as they refunded and still shipped item. Took a long time to sort but seem like a reasonable company who try to rectify errors
