Lovely suit, I bought a three piece suit for my sons prom, wss affordable and it looked good on him. Excellent customer service, I had missed applying the discount voucher the team refunded that for me.

Awful, Awful, AWFUL companies - both TruClothing and Debenhams.
We tried to return a waistcoat which was NEVER worn or damaged by us. They accused us of just that and that we had removed the tag. This is absolutely not the case, it had arrived without the tag!! We even sent pictures of the waistcoat upon delivery that there were no tags attached and you can see the perfect condition of the waistcoat.
I would not mind but we kept one of the other ones we had ordered as that was actually used so why on earth would we even try a scam!!.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

I ordered suits for my husband and children for our vow renewal from this company. Unfortunately, the suits were not actually in stock once I had placed my order through their website. However, the company contacted me immediately, explained the situation clearly, and even refunded my postage costs. I only had to wait one extra day for delivery.

When the suits arrived, they were too big for my children, so I requested an exchange. The process was very easy and handled promptly, and I received the new sizes within 5 days.

I would highly recommend this company. The suits are perfect, and the customer service was excellent throughout.

Read the reviews. Ordered my suit, it came quickly, was as described, I had to send jacket back for the next size up because a little tight on my shoulders. That arrived about 4 days later. Good quality items. Will get another when needed. Happy customer.

Placed order via Amazon ended up with wrong shoe colour. Arranged return but had to reorder directly after speaking to Tru Clothing to ensure correct shoe was available and would be delivered on time. All sorted but need to resolve amazon product listings, some reviews highlighted similar issues.
