Products are solid but the…

Products are completely solid but the carts for some reason always are very harsh no matter where I get them from. Walked in to the store regardless to try the live resin cart. I enjoy cannabis for its flavor and smell. And live resin extraction process highlights those two details of canabis. My experience with flower was different than with the live resin cart. Although both top notch and quality in their own categories. Live resin carts were not my preferred thing. I was rushed by the staff from the moment I walked through the door who didn’t even tell me all the specials they had for the day. You can be stoned and not fried. There’s a difference between making mistakes and being fried. You’re trying to make sales and don’t have anything back it up. Get yourself together we’re not 18.

I shop at the Bonita Springs,Florida store on Bonita Beach rd. I have to say that Chris and John are Great! Super knowledgeable, informative and nice! Great staff and Awesome products! Chris always mentions the sales and promotions. Happy customer

Dont expect understanding

I only had $10 and wanted 2 prerolls that they have on sale. But they wouldnt let you buy any of those without spending $15 on something else first. Im pinching pennies right now and happened to have $10 to spare and they dont care. So my $10 is no good. So I cant have the version of my medication that I need not only to not lose my freakin mind but that I can afford, because I didnt spend enough? Thats really awful. This was at the middleburg location which I used to love. None of these places care about customer service either.

Traphouse of weed

They raise the prices lower the quality a standards. This is ridiculous. Maybe if you raise your standards and raise the quality you could raise prices but right now you’re with Curaleaf and all the other shitty companies who the hell raises prices on junk grounded flower just cause they couldn’t get in on Wednesday. You raise it five bucks so when they go in on Thursday, you’re a douche bag company. I spend hundreds a month on your products and they don’t seem to be working much but yet you continuously raise the prices. I would rather pay more and get a better product like everybody else but you lower your quality you lower your standards. You’re like the trap house of weed. I can’t remember when I was in there last it was just a few days ago

I renewed my state license and went in…

I renewed my state license and went in to get my $75 of free product like I did last year but I didn’t have to spend $150 to get it like this year. What a scam and you can’t purchase anything on sale. So I walked out without purchasing anything.I will never go back. I will never never recommend them either AYR is far better. They don’t play stupid games. Plus the product is like 100% better.

Great service at the Riverview location.

Went to Truelieve I Riverview today and as usual it was a great experience. Great service was provided by Keke who is knowledgeable and friendly. Always 5 star customer service. My only issue with Truelieve is they can’t figure out how to send me emails. After multiple attempts I still don’t receive any emails.

From the moment my son and I walked in, Aaron greeted us with a warm smile and a friendly demeanor that immediately put us at ease.

Aaron’s knowledge of the products was incredibly impressive. He took the time to explain everything in detail, ensuring we understood the benefits and effects of each option he shared with us. Aaron’s genuine passion for helping customers shines through, making the entire experience not just informative but also enjoyable!

What truly set Aaron apart was his intelligence and sense of humor! He made us laugh while we explored the vast selection of products, turning what could have been a simple shopping trip into a delightful outing. I would give this company zero stars if…

I would give this company zero stars if possible. For the past 3 months, Trulieve has constantly messed up my orders. First, they kept cancelling my orders for no reason. They attempted to deliver on the wrong day multiple days. I placed an order Wednesday after getting my card renewed, for today the 1st of August. I called a little while ago, and apparently they cancelled my order yet AGAIN. And just like last time, they have no real answer. I want to reiterate that this has been happening for 3 MONTHS. I cant drive 60 miles out of my way to get my order. This is absolutely ridiculous. They tried to "compensate me" by giving me a 10% discount off my next "order". Worst delivery company in existence.

My first time visiting Truelive I was…

My first time visiting Truelive I was working in the area and they were close by. The prices were higher than other dispensaries, but they were convenient. I walked in and a heavy set guy is jamming out to Deep Purple playing over the speakers and everyone was really chill and friendly. I just went there again today because I was in the area and WOW has it changed. It had some absolutely awful so-called music playing pretty loud and the place was packed with only one person working the counter. I sat there for at least 20 minutes waiting my turn then the guy behind the counter lets another customer, that just walked in, go in the back ahead of me. The few people working there seemed irritated at their computer system as everyone was having issues. If they keep up playing that horrible noise over the speakers and keep their prices so high I will not be going back there.

BUMMER YET AGAIN

I am so disappointed with this company. I had a bad experience a couple years ago in Orange City, where I had to wait a couple hours in their waiting room to get called. So I haven’t gone for well over two years so I decided to try it again this time in Daytona. they took my ID right away. I was the third one there. Before I knew it others had come in and about six people were called before I finally walked out. None were call ins.. It was very loud and noisy mainly from the dude who worked there. There seemed to only be one bud tender. I have really been wanting to try the great deals this place has but I’m 70 years old and there’s no way I can sit around in their loud noisy waiting room for a couple hours at a time. I wish it would be different there. I would consider being a regular….. Trulieve….

Debit card overcharge by Trulieve atJacksonville Arrowhead!

To Erica M., Business Manager:
On June 13, 2025, I went to the Jacksonville Arrowhead dispensary to pick up my order #T113000195733.
The total amount was $100.00!
Later, my bank sent me an email letting me know they had credited my account $3.00 for my $243.00 ATM withdrawal.
I did not use an ATM - the transaction was done at terminal #3 at the Jacksonville Arrowhead store by the employee.
I returned to the store and talked with Jay the General Manager.
He stated he could not do anything unless I was overcharged.
Question is, what part of $143.00 overcharge is NOT considered an overcharge?
Where is the other $143?

Who ever is making the metal containers…

Who ever is making the metal containers for the gummies is inconsiderate for elderly and people who do not have alot of strength. I have to open them for my wife and they are a pain. It made me think of elderly persons who are less fortunate to have someone assist them in opening these containers. Very inconsiderate. Who ever engineered these containers failed or did not test them enough and need to be fired. I took the container apart to see how it was designed and it's horrible. Same concept as a typical vitamin bottle however the clearance on the lockers is far to low to get a decent bit when downward force is applied. To me if someone is paying the kind of money they are to get these products they should not have to hire someone or ask someone else to open them. Inconsiderate design. I know it's supposed to be for safety but it also needs to be for convenience of the consumer as well. What a design flaw. At that if these are being tightened by hand in a factory there needs to be a common torque spec applied, that would be the only other option I would see as a fix because some of these have been far more torqued than others. Get it right, not too tight.

Manager is an jerk!! No care about anything!!!

On 5-12 I made a purchase for $210.00, six 1/8's and 6 jars of gels. I paid for it! (check store film) On 6-5 I made another purchase for $375.00. I explained to the agent that my 5-12 purchase was not reduced from my script. She finally understood and added 200 points to my rewards and updated my prescription on Cannabis.com. That messed me up, dealing with how the prescription works with the 33 day wait. That order still reports a canceled in my records. I made a purchase for $415.00 6/24. My points were added my prescription reduced, but my order is no longer in my records. It was added when I ordered and removed the following day. So in my order profile it is gone.

Something Fishy with Trulieve CampHill


I’d like to say just about everything was pretty good until one day a lady in the line and back of me was making bird noises (almost sure that they were directed towards me).

Somehow, she was able to contact the corporation and have me banned entirely. Said that “I got in her face and was yelling.” There’s footage, but I never seen it. I was able to make 3 purchases which seems odd. And I guess “everyone working there has an issue with me.”

I’ve made thanksgiving and Christmas donations to both CampHill and Harrisburg locations. People that have interacted with me don’t seem to have any issues.

After going over this with a few; most come to think that the whole situation is fishy/sketchy. received a PDF document (same day I’d place an online order) saying I was no longer able i’m the facility. I’m looking to take action.
