Very pleasant customer service when asking for help with a leak in my conservatory. Repairs quoted and organised within days and completed by professional team who were very helpful and polite.

They have put a new roof on the conservatory. From start to finish they were brilliant. Lovely people to have working in your home. The finished roof is excellent and under warranty for any future issues that may occur. Totally recommend this company. They have since been round to clear a rainwater pipe blockage. No other company would do it as its directly above the new roof.

Very knowledgeable and dealt with the problem very professionally and quickly once ask. I feel that the repair to the conservatory will last and was exactly the right solution without compromise. Not the cheapest on offer but I had more faith in what they did than another much cheaper offered.

Would have been five stars but they came at first with a shorter length than needed relying on photos I sent (which I was not sure about).

I would use them again but ask they look at the problem directly rather than relying on photos.

Truly Conservatory Repairs was the only company who was prepared to advise and replace the large pane of roof glass in my conservatory.

Very helpful in answering questions, discussing repairs, providing a good value quotation, keeping in touch with customer, and carrying out the work in a friendly and clean manner. Just what we wanted.

I called Truly about a minor but frustrating leak in our traditional style conservatory. By discussion and with a few photos, the problem was diagnosed immediately. The resolution was proposed and a date agreed but a few days hence.
On the date, Truly arrived complete with replacement parts. The detail of why this would work was explained and the job completed within 2 hours - with pace, determination (weather was cold and damp) and hard work. In removing old parts, the diagnosis was confirmed.
The result looks good, but with a key addition which I can see would make the difference. Need to wait until some heavy rain from the right direction, but I’m very confident.
Would highly recommend Truly; these people know their stuff.

Our experience with Truly Conservatory Repairs was excellent. We had a leak in our conservatory roof, and although it was a tricky area to access, Paul quickly found an effective solution and fixed the issue efficiently. We've had some bad storms and torrential rain since the fix and haven't had any further leaking! He also offered advice on maintaining our very old conservatory going forward. Highly recommend.

Our conservatory has two skylights which leaked, we had a number of people to look at the problem but none of them had a real acceptable solution. Then we had Truly Conservatory Repairs to look at the problem, what a breath of fresh air, their engineer identified the problem and the solution. He did a great job and because of his knowledge of conservatories Paul identified a couple of additional problems which he rectified. Can’t praise him enough, he did a great job and our leaks have been solved. I have no hesitation in recommending Truly for their knowledge and customer focus.

Paul & Phil the fitters arrived on time, removed roof and fitted new one in a day. Came back next day for final fixings and clean up. Which they did immaculately.
Roof stood up to torrential rain next day, no leaks.

My conservatory roof has recently had new polycarbonate roof panels installed by Truly Conservatories. The work was carried out from start to finish in a professional manner. A written quotation was supplied following a visit by the sales/estimator. Following my acceptance of the quotation a surveyor arrived to take accurate measurements so that the new panels could be ordered. I chose the Heat Guard/Opal finish type which was recommended for south facing conservatories. A date was set for installation and the work was carried out on time and as planned. Everything was left clean and tidy by the installation team when they left. I would definitely recommend Truly Conservatories following my experience with this company.
