The process was quick and easy. The person I talked to was friendly and patient.
Although the process was easy, I received an email stating that I could be upgraded. I look this to mean that the company was giving me something extra. Instead it was a way to try to get me to purchase more insurance. I definitely felt this was a little dishonest.
