Well this is,ELVIS SAINT ANTHONY TAYLOR MY MODE OF OPERATION AN ATACHE CASE HANSCUFFED TO MY HAND FROM COUNTRY TO COUNTRY THATS GREATEST TRUST CAPITAL FINANCING 100PERCENT.

I have attempted to contact this company to get more information about their funding options for our company. I was able to make an online appointment. I got reminder emails about the appointment. No response whatsoever by a live person. When I tried the phone number, it says that it is no good. Disappointed. This looked like a great option for our business.

They suck! Scammed us out of $10k from our agreed upon price on the the final hour of the contracted day of closing. They failed to disclose the issues we had disclosed to them to their buyer, then tried to back out of the contract at the very last minute. They knew we had already packed up, and spent our mortgage $ on storage, and no time to find another buyer on such short notice. Then they closed on it with their buyer, before even closing with us. We had to wait an additional 3.5 days for our $, because they timed this sham on a Friday afternoon, preceding a 3 day holiday weekend.
We wouldn't recommend this company to walk a dog, much less buy or sell someone's home. They are completely unethical, and deserve negative 50 stars.

Erick McAllister at Trust Capital was fantastic at helping our small company secure equipment financing for some very specialized film production equipment. When at first it seemed like the deal would be impossible for a business of our size, Erick found a way to make it happen. Very clear communication and a streamlined process from approval to docs to funding. Would definitely recommend him for anyone looking to grow their business with some new gear!

I am was beyond happy with my service through Trust Capital, USA. I have only been in business for a couple of years and that isn’t always easy to get financed. From the very first conversation I had with my loan officer Erick McAllister to the last one I had I knew my needs were being taken care of and I knew that I wasn’t getting feed a line of poop. Every step was explained and handled well and didn’t matter how many questions I had Erick took the time to explain them and wasn’t rushed to do so. He truly found the best deal for me and the funding was painless. I have my new equipment and have already been busy as I can be with it. I give them a 5 star on customer service a 5 star on knowledge of programs available and 5 stars in taking the time to get to know their customers needs.

Paul Kendall at Trust Capital should not only working in funding. I want him to be my business consultant he was so helpful truly my words cannot explain how assisted me in this process. Keep in mind it takes time to get this done and Paul is the man you want helping you in this process. Thank you Paul and Trust Capital. See you in about year for more money.

Erick and Madeline made my experience purchasing my first box truck so easy and stress free. Erick was very responsive to every message or call made to him. He worked at my pace and was never pushy. We communicated throughout the whole process and I was never once stressed out. Erick is very knowledgeable and very friendly. Trust Capital is a predatory lending brokerage. I worked with David Mock for an equipment loan and all seemed well until I started asking questions about a breakdown of my interest rate and terms. I initially wrote a glowing review, until I realized I had been tricked into an agreement that was not a traditional loan. In short, David scammed me to lock into an Equipment Finance Agreement, not a LOAN, with all 48 months interest built into the front of the "agreement." NOTE THIS TERM. No where in the agreement does it state that the borrower is responsible for all interest for the loan even if it is repaid early. The way the loan was written also made it appear that my down payment was an "initial payment" and listed the remaining payments at a fixed amount X 48 months that have no true interest rate. Therefore, the borrower has to pay all 48 months at that rate. DO NOT TRUST THEM. After I questioned this, his email address disappeared and I was unable to reach him via the telephone number that I had spoken to him on for weeks. SCAM. Lesson learned.

Update: On 8/2/2021 I borrowed $50,394.24 to purchase a commercial vehicle from Trust Capital, USA/Amur Equipment Finance. My Trust Capital, USA representative quoted my interest rate charges at 17.5327% and assured me that there were no prepayment penalties on my loan. On January 11, 2022, 5 months later, I called Amur to inquire about my payoff balance and was quoted that I now owed $73,332.16. This figure represents a 45.51695% increase that was hidden in the deceptive language of the contract. Furthermore, my cash down payment of $12,584.58 was misappropriated as an initial payment, further padding the finance charges to my loan by inflating the principal balance. When I brought this to both companies' attentions, I was offered a 3% discount on 1/13/2022, with no quantitative explanation of how this would impact my payments. I was never provided a loan estimate or an amortization schedule reflecting all of the fees the loan entailed. The deception was hidden by only providing a monthly payment amount & hiding the upfront finance charges in the fine print.

My experience with Trust Capital has been an absolute great one from beginning to end. I was very skeptical at first being a new business owner but If you don't believe in God sends then you might want to start. Omg Erick McAllister was and is the best. I truly believe he was sent to me. This man works patiently and passionately for his clients. He has a job to do and he gets its done. Always responsive. Quite the comedian too. Erick got me in my tow truck and I can't thank him enough. I only gained a finance advisor I gained what I like to think is a life long friend. I look forward to more business with Trust Capital. Working with Trust Capital never felt like a "loan" process. My personal experience working with Mike Bivins was one I will always remember fondly. Drew and his team were amazing. I called him on a Thursday afternoon and submitted application and docs required. By Friday afternoon we had pre-approval and within a week I had docs to sign from lender. Couldn’t have asked for a smoother process. Drew had every step mapped out for me ahead of time and what documents were going to get this approved ASAP.

Will definitely be working with them again when we go for our second unit.
