I am 62 year old lady that was looking forward to my retirement in 4 years time. I have worked all my life and always been able to pay my way .....until wam!! Covid hit and I was made redundant with no redundancy pay. And to add insult to injury I was diagnosed with a tumour in my heart.
Which meant no money to pay my Bill's. Distraught and ready to end it all an angel called Lewis J Mitchell came to my rescue. A delightful man who never judged me once. His soul purpose was to help me resolve my debt what a fantastic employee you have there. If we had more understanding people like Lewis in the world things would be so much better. Hold on to this employee they are in short supply. Thank you Lewis your a star.

I would like to leave my review of the company but mainly and much more importanty, this is a review for for the asset to the company, his name is Lewis J Mitchell.

I got on the phone absolutely distraught and at a loss as to what to do with the many debt collectors and debts that I, as a single mother, am trying to sort out.

Lewis not only helped me with giving me options and ideas that would help and resolve the situation I find myself in. He made me realise I am not alone and left me feeling completely uplifted and knowing that this can be sorted out and at a cost that is manageable so that we don’t have to go without just to pay my creditors.

Lewis J Mitchell is an amazing asset to the company and he has such a calm, soothing approach to you as a human being, not just yet another phone call he has to make that day. I was treated by this man as someone who is no less of a person just because I made some bad decisions along the way in life.

He has a good soul, is helpful, kind, BUT more than that, he puts your mind at rest that this can be worked out. He gave me numerous tips and companies to work with who can help.

I believe this man does his job so well, because believe me, I’ve spoken to so many so called debt advice services, where you’re treated with no empathy nor no interest in how you ended up in the situation you are in. This man does the opposite.

I sincerely hope TPTB in this company see this review and gives Lewis the recognition he deserves.

Had all the time in the world for me and answered every question I asked. The support and guidance given by Phill was second to none.
He went through several options and we worked together on what would suit me best.
Everything has gone through with my IVA and I have so much weight lifted from me. Phil has even given me his personal email for if I have any questions down the line. Couldn’t be happier with the service provided. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!

I guess they get paid from the number of people they put on a Trust deed or IVA. I contacted them and realised they were only concerned about getting me on one of their schemes which they obviously benefit from. I'm glad I did not take any one of them and am glad to report I'm on the way to recovery, without them. They are very hypocritical. They pretend to be representing you while they are representing themselves.

I only saw your email this morning as, due to my medical circumstances and so I get a good night's sleep, i have to go to bed about 8-30 each night. I am very interested in receiving help with my debt problems, so any advice or help you can give me would be greatly appreciated, stay safe, regards, charley dunne

Lewis was excellent. He was so polite and made me feel completely at ease, with no judgment. Lewis talked through everything in a way I would understand and didn't use complicated jargon, the whole time it felt like we were just having a normal conversation. I feel a lot calmer about my finances thanks to Lewis, the support I received was second to none and I couldn't recommend the service enough.

10/10 for Lewis Mitchel! Absolute ANGEL! My debt issues where holding me back from achieving anything in my life when is all I wanted was a fresh start, and now I finally feel like I’ve got that! Lewis has taken SO much time out to help me even after he had finished for the day. Lewis made the whole experience SO quick and easy for me and I cannot be anymore thankful for his assistance! Best customer service I’ve experienced anywhere, this guy is a true credit to your team.

Good company, they are very friendly and have great service. Especially Liam he is very helpful and kind.

Found myself in serious debt problems, I never knew where to turn for help, until I spoke to Lewis at trust debt solutions, he really listened to all my worries and concerns, he went through all my debt issues this man was so helpful am so happy that people like Lewis are there for someone who finds themselves in debt ,and unable to cope. Guess what? My future is now bright and I am almost debt free so I send a big thank you to Lewis and all the trust debt staff.
