Since we are in different time zones, Alex has taken the time to let me know his general schedule so that I can try to get translation requests to him during his work time so there is minimal delay.

I also appreciate that Alex is able to provide me with alternatives that meet my company's needs. Recently, I sent a document that was non-standard, so I could not provide the raw template to reconstruct it as I normally do. Alex offered some options and we were able to make a decision and still have the product look we wanted with the translation we needed.
