WORST THIRD PARTY TO BUY TICKETS FROM. I PURCHASED OR THOUGHT I PURCHASED A SAME DAY TICKET ON THIS SITE. I RECEIVED AN EMAIL THAT I WILL RECEIVE ETICKET AFTER ABOUT 2HRS I STILL DIDN'T RECEIVE NO TICKET(AA) I CALLED AND WAS TOLD A CRAP STORY ABOUT WHY I HAD NOT RECEIVED THE TICKET. I SAID CANCEL AND I WILL LOOK ONLINE AND GET ANOTHER TICKET. SO I WENT ABOUT MY BUSINESS AND WAS SEARCHING I THEN GOT A PHONE CALL OFFERING TO SELL ME ANOTHER TICKET MORE EXPENSIVE I ASKED SOME QUESTIONS AND WAS TOLD THIS IS A 1 TIME COURTESY. AFTER ALL THAT MY TICKET WAS WRONG AND WENT DOWNHILL AFTER THAT BECAUSE I WAS NOT BEING REFUNDED OR NO ASSISTANCE WAS GIVEN BY THE REPRESENTATIVE WHO I SPOKE WITH AFTER THEY MESSED UP THE TICKET THEN THE AIRLINE FRONTIER WAS ALSO TERRIBLE. GOING OVER THERE REVIEW TO WRITE ABOUT THEM. THEY ALL ABOUT THE MONEY AND HAS NO INTEREST IN THE CUSTOMERS. WILL NEVER BE USING THIS SITE AGAIN AND OTHER CUSTOMERS SHOULD NOT BUY ANY TICKETS FROM THEM EITHER UNLESS YOU CAN DEAL WITH THE MESS. THEY NOT READY FOR BUSINESS. THE ORIGINAL PRICE MOVED FROM $123 TO MY OVERALL BEING $250+

I never had a roundtrip ticket; but they tried to up sale me a roundtrip ticket for $995; and then contact my sister and lied and told her she had a flight pending which she did not. When contacted I was told they would charge me a cancellation fee for a trip that was not pending. After I told them I woud sue for theft if they dared charged my card and it was unauthorized.

The agent Lucas is helpful and very accommodating. He also calls back and makes sure to help us booked the ticket in a smooth process.

I booked flights from TPA to LAX, roundtrip. I waited 24hrs to receive something from AA to confirm, as I have in the past when I use a 3rd party. NOTHING. Then, I receive an email requesting I call for verbal verification. I did not call to even give them the opportunity to upsell on something they never had. I replied with this:
I have received no confirmation from American Airlines for a paid ticket, which means I do not have tickets. If my card is charged, it constitutes FRAUD, as any charge is unauthorized at this point.
Do not bother attempting to verify or upsell what you NEVER had to offer. Be assured, I will be reporting this as a scam, and as a travel agent, I will take every necessary step to expose your fraudulent practices.

DO NOT BUY TICKETS FROM TRUSTFARES!

I thought I bought two tickets to Buffalo New York from this website but evidently I didn’t. The day before my trip I got a call stating that I couldn’t get the ticket at this price because the airline was selling them at $1400 and I only paid $353 so the airline didn’t have a seat for me on this flight. I’ve never heard of that in my life using a website and they don’t have the tickets they just take the money and hope to get you on a flight and when they can’t your out of luck and trip is cancelled I had a funeral to attend and missed it because this so called trusted fares website had no tickets to sell in the first place. I lost $200 because I had to cancel my hotel and they charged me a fee for not showing up. Don’t use this website they play the standby game and if you lose you won’t be flying and they cancel your reservation and leave you stuck. Use a known site like Priceline, booking.com or even cheap flights all sites that I’ve used and gotten the ticket the day of booking this site never sent out the ticket that was red flag number one they said it would take 24 hrs before I was emailed a ticket. Trash please don’t use them the prices are low be it’s a high chance you aren’t flying.

My original flight was Spirit was canceled just before boarding. I had to rebook one way tickets. Trust fares helped with the trip home. The first flight they booked me on had some kind of situation so I had to be bumped from that flight and rebooked to an earlier flight. That flight went from Fort Myers to Chicago to Cincinnati. I was only going to Chicago when the agents check my tickets at the gate they gave me a lot of trouble because they accuse me of Fraud and trying to buy cheaper tickets by taking the flight to Cincinnati and getting off in Chicago. They didn't have room for my carry-ons so they had to be checked and they would not send them to Chicago they were sending them to Cincinnati and told me to file a claim to get them back from Cincinnati. Very distressing
