Taking extra fees which is not mentioned on the website

Ticket price was showing online different prices I purchased the ticket with the price was showing, after an a while got an email stating call us for pending verbal verification, when I called them one of the agent stated the ticket price changed so they charged extra for nothing, I recommend next time I won't get tickets with this website trustfares cause they pushed me to pay extra , the service is zero they keep transferring my call to another call and another agent which is I need to keep mentioned all the info from the beginning

I have very good experience with this website. The travel agent called me and made sure everything looks good and the booking process went smooth.

Helped a lot

The first set of tickets did not work out which was very disappointing, but TrustFares was still able to find me more affordable tickets then I could get on my own. The attendant was very patient and helpful
