I couldn't recommend this company, although the product itself is good, if you encounter any issues then customer service is terrible, alot of the emails go unanswered and when the gentleman does answer he's downright rude!
I never received a refund for my 24 hour delivery charge which did not happen.
He needs to rethink his customer service skills.
Very disappointed with my order - being cautious I ordered 10 sheets of A3 ply and was dismayed to find that only half the sheets received were usable - they just did not cut, I now know why they are cheap, as the saying goes, you get what you pay for !!
Fantastic experience. I ordered some plywood Monday morning and it arrived Tuesday dinner time. The plywood is excellent quality and their site is very easy to navigate. I’m extremely impressed by the quality of the wood and I will definitely be using this company again. It comes really well packaged too. Can’t fault them.
