Horrendous company to deal with

Horrendous company to deal with! Terrible customer service and no assistance for help! Miss advised over covid about reducing plan and then was advised I was behind on payments and contacted my guarantor to say I hadn't paid then offered to add the remaining balance onto the end of the plan adding 2 months and taking a negative impact on my credit score! Resulting in a £25 good will on a £10,000 loan! Pathetic company no wonder it went into liquidation

Dont be deceived..

Dont be deceived..! Awful compnay. They attempted to 'help' me but when i asked them NOT to contact my guarantor due to a change in circumstances (abusive ex partner) I was basically told tough. They couldn't help. I was mis-sold my loan in the first place as I could never afford this loan as this was the third loan I got to cover 2 previous loans.... I have tried complaining but have basically been told tough. With the cost of living rising they are doing nothing to help people. AWFUL

this is a bad company and thankfully…

this is a bad company and thankfully for people they are winding down the business. i had the unfortunate experience of being a guarantor and have made a complaint to them regarding mis selling which they refused. i asked them for voice recordings to which they sent the wrong persons calls! have called them to say its a data breach and that they have to report it to the ico within 72 hours!!! in their response to my claim they said that i was single 9BEEN MARRIED FOR 30 PLUS YEARS) and they included my wifes income on the bank statement!!! At one stage i was issued with a bankruptcy petition ( not even a ccj first) and managed to borrow from friends and family to clear this! So as i say thankfully no new people can deal with them. The complaint has now been forwarded to the FSO

Customer service

The customer service I've recently received from Trust Two is second to none. I've dealt with a person named Joshua Hatcher and he's been fantastic in helping me through some of my recent issues. He's made me feel comfortable and reassured that they are there to help. Thank you Josh.

I would not even be giving the one star…

I would not even be giving the one star but there is not option to put none.
I fell on to hardship, and I made a payment arrangement of 200 every 4 weeks, they do not take in to account your mental health or financial situation I am looking to be clear with them on 11th March, but I am going to try and pay them extra from next month, I would advise no matter what do not go with these, their an absolutely monstrosity of a company. I will be seeking legal advice, I did receive a letter today, saying I was late with a payment, I was not late they was a week early trying to take the payment. I can not exaggerate enough PLEASE PLEASE STAY CLEAR.

Avoid this company at all cost they do…

Avoid this company at all cost they do nothing to help people in financial hardship, all they do is threaten you with further action and court. They have the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life, no one speaks to each other and the amount you owe well they just pluck this out of thin air. 3 weeks for a call back but if you miss a payment you get 7 phone calls a day They did nothing to help during the pandemic except add on daily interest which is apparently £300 in 3 weeks according to the latest figure we received. Please avoid at all costs if you are thinking of using this company. I am currently speaking to the financial ombudsman about there shocking service and interest.

Irresponsible Lending

So my complaint is upheld and I have confirmed my bank details for my redress to be paid. However, I am still waiting for this to be received.
You can not call the complaints team, no one call help you in customer service. This is ridiculous!! If you are even a hour late in making your monthly payment they bombard you with calls a texts. Yet when they are due to pay you back money they take forever.
Will my payment be increased with the necessary interest due to the delay in payments by the days passed. NO I doubt it.
Just ridiculous!!!

Good morning,

I can see you sent us your banking details on 28th June, only yesterday.

Compensation payments are made once a week from the complaints department due to the size of the payments being made. This is the same for all customers therefore please be patient whilst you wait for this to be paid.

Kind regards,

Have a loan with trust two it’s got to…

Have a loan with trust two it’s got to be the most un organised company I’ve used. The website very rarely works and trying to contact a agent is nearly impossible. Something as simple as changing my card on the account and they won’t answer turns into you paying more. The website does not offer a final balance and anything to change payment dates/figure very minimal set up just to take as much money off you as possible.

Initially good but lack of communication is a problem

There is a few good agents within this team but there is absolutely no communication between any of them.

My account is currently in arrears due to hardship of COVID however I have spoken to an agent via email and have sorted out payment plan. Clearly not been communicated as I am getting phone calls and emails every single day telling me my account is in arrears and that I need to contact them to arrange a payment plan. I have?!

Cannot wait for this loan to be paid off and to never deal with this company again.

Initially good, let themselves down at the end!

Initially very happy with the loan and the service. Yes the interest is high, that’s my own fault for having a bad credit rating and this loan is part of my plan to repair that! 18 month loan paid off with final payment in December, but yesterday my guarantor received a text saying I was in arrears! I was embarrassed and horrified. Called them immediately and they said my loan had finished and I actually had a credit of £240 that they needed to refund to me. Lovely Brett arranged that and the money was back in my bank account within hours. This morning I receive an e mail telling me that my account is in arrears!! I’m so annoyed. It’s quite a big error to make when the loan is finished and completed and was paid every month before it was due, hence the credit and refund. Totally put me off using this company again.

INTEREST = FINANCIAL SUICIDE

So I want to start off by saying the staff in the call centre are helpful and I appreciate them being the way they are.

Now for the company part I have been a customer for a while now & applied for a top up loan due to my situation going down hill once I have lost my job due to my employer going into insolvency which has massively affected my mental health & finances.

I have had a few missed payments and received help but I am still struggling and I am panicking about the interest is so high I will never be able to repay my loan. To whoever is reading this I am asking for my interest to be removed or at least lowered because I have been borrowed money without all of the relevant checks upon my situation & I do not wish for my guarantor to be implemented in this at all as we are currently dealing with a death in our family.. I do not want to pay any interest otherwise all these things that have happened will be taken further to the FCA & I will mention on how you prey on innocent people that have turned a corner in their life like myself.

I hope I can receive at least a reply on here & moving forward something can be done about this RIDICULOUS INTEREST!

After reviewing your account I can see that we did not have an arrangement in place which is why we were looking to contact yourself and your guarantor.

I can see that you have now set up an arrangement in regards to your payments which should prevent further contact.

In fairness to TrustTwo, it's been an easy experience.

In fairness to TrustTwo, I've had a pretty seamless experience with them - though from a "personal finance" point of view I would highly recommend avoiding high-interest loans if possible... you will be paying them back forever.
I got the loan in 2018 (~£8000) within 24hours, repayments at around £260 per month, so a quick turnaround. Staff we're helpful. I had no issues with them taking monthly payments or issues with me paying the repayments, so never needed customer service etc.
As of November 2020, I had ~£6000 left to pay.
decided to take a chunk of this months work commission & pay it all off in one go.
Emailed to receive a settlements figure on Friday, received a quick reply the same day.
Rang up today, only a couple of minutes in a queue, paid the £6k via card with a helpful girl over the phone.
Easy experience all-round really. Just avoid high-interest debt if you can.. use it as a last resort. You're effectively losing ~30-40% per year, so no point making any personal investments until it's paid off. experience has been 5*, giving 4* because the rates are so high.

Hope that helps, and best of luck.

I applied for a loan with trust two…

I applied for a loan with trust two which seem to have been great at the start j was able to pay every month on time but then came around Covid and it honestly has just been a nightmare no help , at times like this it’s so hard to pay bills and keep a house going and yourself , I got a payment holiday from
Trust two but then it started again I went back to work for 2 weeks then my work closed down and it still is not opened due to I work in hospitality, I contacted trust two to advice I can’t make this month payment to be told o will accrue Interest and my guarantor will be contacted for payment which she is off work with Covid too! I honestly don’t know what to do, but trust two are not very helpful and I feel it’s just getting on top of me worrying , do I pay trust two then not have any more for food ect for the month this is a bad place and it’ll be the last I ever apply for a loan again of trust two!

AVOID

Rude on the phone
Rude via email
Interest is a joke and they prey on vulnerable people which makes there situation in the end a lot worse!

They lent to me without doing the correct checks and now I have a complaint in place they still haven’t replied 8 weeks later! Currently gathering all my evidence and sending it off to the ombudsman.

AVOID. You will make your situation worse.

They harass you and your guarantor.
