My son recommended this
My son recommended this , he warned me that it didn't taste too good 😕 but I bought it anyway because I have sciatica , with arthritis in my lower spine .
The colour of the Vitality diluted in a glass of water , makes you think of orange juice, however it doesn't taste anywhere like that. I take mine in a small glass of water , all in one go ! So far I haven't noticed any major change in my pain but I'm hopeful .

There are different ways you can take the Vitality. Here are some tips from our team:
1. You don’t need to take the full dose in one sitting. If it’s too strong you can dilute- fewer pumps and create 2 drinks per day! This will make the taste less intense.
2. Added to Sparkling water with the juice of 1/2 a lime makes a deliciously refreshing drink.
3. Adding to a lightly sweetened non-dairy milk takes the edge off the intensity. Turns it into a nice creamy drink - like Turmeric latte.
If you haven't yet, try increasing your dose to 12 pumps as some people with health challenges take the high dose, 12 pumps, instead of the low dose, 6 pumps. Liquid curcurmin
I have been taking liquid curcumin for some months now. I take it in squash or other vitamin drinks for general well being and to help joint stiffness. Very pleased with the results.

My husband and I have been taking…
My husband and I have been taking curcumin for a couple of years now and have certainly found that we have more movement in our joints and a lot less pain. Sadly, my husband Maurice died last year following a fall.

Purchased curcumin liquid form. Avoid at all costs. Tumeric is powerful enough for human consumption. Over powered curcumin has a negative effect on the human body. Never trust a doctor who's looking to profit!!

Good but for the taste
I have only been taking for just over a week, but think I am starting to feel more energised. So far no effect on my painful hip, but early days. But why does it contain stevia? It does not need to be sweetened, and it has an overpowering stevia taste and aftertaste.
