Worst Customer Service!

The spring on my Aeroski machine broke while I was using it, causing me to fall. Unfortunately, reaching customer service has been impossible—we've tried calling, emailing, and messaging on social media, but there has been no response at all. This lack of support is very disappointing. I would not recommend buying this product.

Disappointed with customer support

I bought this ski exercise machine last year specifically to get ready for ski season and I upgraded to the option that included the VR goggles to be used with the app. The app worked for maybe a few months and then stopped working. I emailed the company and got one response that said “working on it” that was many many months ago. It’s still not working at all , you can’t even log in. They won’t respond to any emails but they still sell the product with the option of getting the VR goggles that require the app to work. It’s now almost a year later and still I can’t use it with the app, which is the only reason I bought it.
It’s so disappointing to be involved with a company that doesn’t have the decency to do anything about it or even just respond.

I’m not sure if I just feel dumb or do I feel scammed…

So I was so excited when I first saw this on Facebook, it looked like something that would really help me since I have osteoarthritis of my knees, and every other body parts. It’s very hard for me to exercise because of my chronic pain. When I found this, I thought it be the perfect Thing for me to try since it’s low impact. I ordered it on August 28 and now it’s the middle of September and I still have not received it even though they say it only takes 2 to 5 days to ship out from the warehouse. It would be one thing if I would get updated emails telling me whatever the delay is, but there’s no word whatsoever. The only time I’ve ever gotten any response from anybody was when I put a negative comment on their Facebook ad and I got a response via messenger. I did my research on this company, or at least I thought I did, but apparently not as thorough as I should’ve, But I really feel like I’ve been scammed and now I have to try to eat $370? Come on
