Item shipping address was incorrect
Item shipping address was incorrect, halo grow would not change it prior to dispatch, told me to fix it with the local carrier. Local carrier was contacted to fix the address but did not so now I have proof of delivery photos to the wrong address and no means to access my items despite alerting the company to the mistake before the item was shipped (within 5 minutes of the order being placed). I have not yet had any success getting a refund, I will not use them again.
I have now sent the additional information requested.
I have received an unhelpful email from your support team which doesn't seem to have properly read or understood my complaint. I just want to be refunded for goods I have not received. While that refund continues to be outstanding this 1 star review will continue to be listed and regularly updated to inform others of the unethical practices of this company. No one should be expected to pay for items they have not received. Appalling customer service and now getting the runaround on this forum too!
I have now been promised a refund on this item. When that refund is actually received I intend to remove this review as requested by the company. For now I will increase from 1 star to 3 stars as I am satisfied with a refund in the end, however, it would have been better has that not been required.

As soon as I placed my order, I changed my mind and wanted to cancel the order. This was not possible, as the product was already shipped (within 10 minutes...). What a joke. I was told to return the goods after receiving, but that whole process is also a joke. You have to add pictures of the products, add a RMA and then send the product to a vague address in the USA. Shipping costs around 30 euro...
In the end I accepted a 30% refund (still waiting for this by the way) and did throw the bottles of Hair Growth Spray in the bin, after reading the reviews of users who had used this stuff for several months and even lost more hair and not gaining a single hair.
I felt very stupid that I fell for fake 5 star reviews. So in the end it is a good lesson for me not to trust these fake Chinese products and shady websites. I should have known better, but I do hope that this warning helps some other potential buyers...

I ordered 1 bottle for the cost of…
I ordered 1 bottle for the cost of £23.99 but they charged me £103.95 and the solution never arrived
when I explained I had not received the goods and asked for a refund not knowing how much they had overcharged me I was told by Lukas on the 21st they would process the refund which they have failed to do
so I had to do a charge back on my credit card as they keep asking for documents I do not have as I never received the goods avoid the awful company they are theifs
