When I email them they respond to me quick thanks for the service
Orderd in early February, got the same e mail about warehouse burning down,after reaching out about a month later they say it was delivered in the middle of march, it was not,still dont have it on april 9th,all i get is ai bot messages and no product.,if i actually received it i will update this review,if i dont update it that means i still dont have the product.
Helpful CS that cleared up a shipping concern quickly. I appreciate the communication and transparency
There was a lot of confusion on the front end of my order, but after a month things got sorted out and they refunded a small portion of my original order.
The customer service is exceptional, very fast and efficient, it makes me feel that I trust subscribing to their products as I am not talking to AI but a real person!

Same scam reported as the other person. Said their warehouse burned down. Ignored my request for a refund. Charged me for a second subscription order when I hadn’t received the first (meaning a whole month had elapsed) then when I started getting pushy suddenly the first order was magically on the way. It’s been ‘on the way’ for a week. Their tracking number is fake as well obviously. Even if I did receive the product now there’s no way I’d actually take whatever is in it. This is a scam and I’ll never buy anything on Facebook again.
