Don't bother... Order never arrived, no reply to emails, impossible to get a refund.

Placed an order for my neice's birthday - good quality t-shirt and arrived in good time.

My 3rd order and although delivery was slow ( stuck in a Royal Mail sorting office for over a week!) products were great quality.Nice people to talk to on the phone as well. Highly recommended

Ordered 25 November - never arrived!

I echo a comment already listed! Delivery is shocking, no mention of slow delivery. Once I chased then I was told 7-10 working days! Not mention at time of order and when chased after the 11th day still not shipped. And all that great postage service for £4 most companies don’t charge that for next day

I placed an order 10 days ago which still hasn't even been dispatched yet. Their Customer Services Team have been very polite when I contacted them and said that I should get my order in time for Christmas, but sadly I'm not hopeful. They have placed the blame on Covid and the December post being busy, but every single business in the world is affected yet other companies I have bought items from have managed to get them to me in good time. Regrettably, I would not recommend TShirt Grill going off this performance.

6-10 days no mention of that on website when buying so it will be at least 2 weeks before it ships are they making it as well by hand I could knit a jumper quicker no chance it will be here before this Xmas poor customer service

Ordered late Friday, received Tuesday.
Excellent quality & great value for money.
And they have some extremely cool designs.

Ordered some T-shirt’s and hoodies on the Friday night. They arrived quickly and look great.

Great website and fabulous products on this site.
I placed my order and after a week I hadn't heard anything at all. Could not contact them by any means. I finally got through using the "Live Chat" on the website and the lady I chatted with couldn't be more apologetic about what had happened. She explained that they are a very small company and finding this current situation very challenging. My order was processed and I received it the next day. The clothing is fabulous and apart from the initial hiccup, I would recommend this site for purchases, I will certainly be ordering more items. I have given 5 stars as, although I had to chase them for my order, the result was good in the end.

My experience has been the opposite. I ordered t shorts 10 days ago and the orders are still not even processed let alone despatched. I received no order confirmation and after emailing today I’ve just been told that orders are taking longer due to Covid-19 and my order will be fulfilled as soon as possible?
I’m not confident I’m going to receive them which is a real shame!

ordered at 4pm on Monday and it arrived 9.15am the next morning! Fantastic service and brilliant tshirts
