First time buying scenary from here. Loved building it. Fitted together with very little sanding and gluing. Instructions are scarey but really work.

Swift and efficient delivery

Swift and efficient delivery.
I was well informed of each step.
I just wish sometimes the instructions were clearer and that the product fit together as it should.

Why bother stating shipping times?

My whole grievance is the website states 2-5 day shipping but it took 6 days for my order to leave their stockroom. As a result I had to sit there on my nephews birthday empty handed.

Terrible customer service - "Not my problem" is their mantra

First order was lost in the mail, and TTCombat wanted 4 months from order date to "investigate". This put me past the time where I can file a dispute with my bank.

They had me re-order at a convention, with a nice discount, but the products had a release agent making them unpaintable. I tried washing and scrubbing with degreaser, and when that didn't work tried soaking a few in isopropyl alcohol. This caused those few models to crumble.

They asked for photos/videos, and after providing those, they asked for specifics on what went wrong with each mini. I provided those, and they responded with one sentence: "We do not recommend using isopropyl alcohol, as this can damage the resin. As such, this is not something we can help you with." - Completely ignoring all the other problems (some missing pieces, some damaged, and the overall release agent problem).

So now I'm out of pocket for these products - twice - to the tune of several hundred dollars, and TTCombat's response is basically "Not my problem". Buyer beware!

The terrain was packed very poorly for…

The terrain was packed very poorly for shipping. I thought there was damage on the terrain. I had to contact TTcombat and send them pictures of the terrain. They told me the damage was only on the rims of the terrain punch boards but didn’t reach the terrain pieces themselves. Luckily, that was correct. I asked TTCombat for a discount code or store credit for my next order due to the hassle. They did not respond.
