A cocktail for disaster
I was gifted two cocktail masterclass vouchers by my wife, before lock down. I called today to see what my options were. None apparently. An abrupt and cold ‘no’ from the general manager. Despite my wife speaking to them after lockdown and being reassured there was ‘no issue with time in the circumstances’. A bit mercenary and heartless in the circumstances. Another shining example of commercial profiteering over personal service. Be careful. Cheers.
