The product is fine but doesn't give that much benefit giving the expense. The Bigger issue is I canceled the service within the year in 2023 and just found out they charged me in 2024 and last month 2025. They don't send you an invoice, so you'll never see the annual bill if you miss it on your credit card. It's very sleazy how they force you into a subscription and continue to charge when it's cancelled. There's no one to speack to or number to call so I'm in dispute for the charges with my credit card company. Very sleazy, sneaky business practices. Buyer Beware once they have your credit card information they'll charge you forever.

I had a great experience with customer experience. Not so much the tool. Many recommendations regarding tags and titles didn't move the needle for me. Adversely, I found better results by using other tools for tags, thumbnail review, and titles. When I canceled the service, it was one of the smoothest processes ever. A quick response. A fast refund. And good follow up. I wish the worked better, but it could be it wasn't good for my niche.

Once you start a plan there's no way of cancelling it. They do not send a renewal notice and you don't get an invoice they just take money from you account without explanation.

I am not sure TubeBuddy is any benefit to my YouTube channel. That is the problem. ZERO customer support when you need them, broken website poorly optimized. I have been a member for over a year, and while my channel has grown, I struggle to see where tubebuddy was the reason.
I purchased the Pro license Over two years ago and cannot see any tangible benefit. I downgraded today and I expect the results will be better with another tool.

Scam for affiliates, they simply take free traffic and dont pay. Avoid at all costs.

After a year with yearly payment I was downgraded to monthly... And they don't send out an invoice on payments. I have been paying for like 6 months without knowing this.
Awfull experience with Tubebuddy.

I started using TubeBuddy early on in my channel growth and am so glad I did. It has been super helpful for me to understand my audience and where I should focus my content. Click Magnet combined with their A/B testing feature is $$$. Love TubeBuddy!

I have decided to NEVER use them as I don't do business with desperate spammers

I subscribed to TubeBuddy, hoping to improve the performance of my posted YouTube videos. I used the keyword tool several times with no observable benefit. The extension does not work on Firefox, which is my favorite browser. I contacted customer service about the problem and was told "Use another browser". A one-star rating is higher than they deserve.

[Edited Comment]I wanted to cancel my membership and sent a request but it took a while till I got a response. A few days and when I read the negative comments about this company I worried. But finally they sent my money back.

When I first installed the extension, they'd let you do some keyword exploring before asking you to pay for a subscription. Now you can't even do that, can't do anything with this useless extension unless you pay. VidIQ FTW!

Great app with quick and attentive support! I've used the free version for a year. It helps understand my youtube videos better. Until a few days ago, the app not working and I contacted the support. They responded quickly and tried to help so attentively. I'm impressed!

I would rate TubeBuddy half a star. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE as they do not reply to your concern on both email, fb messenger and twitter. I suggest for every business should have a contact number for better customers service.
Also my issue with cancellation of subscription within 24 hours after subscription, REFUND was not fulfilled not until today. Cancelled my subscription on Nov 17, it is now Nov 28 and I have not heard a thing from TubeBuddy. And on Monday I will report a fraudulent transaction to my bank for them charging me with 180+ when their ad says 14.99/month, yet they took out the full amount from my bank and have not refunded me at all.
Definitely a FRAUDULENT TRANSACTION so watch out!

Before signing up for a subscription, I reached out on Twitter multiple times, maybe even instagram, to ask a simple question. They completely ignored me and my question, all the while, engaging with others. One of my posts read something like, "I'm literally ready to hand y'all my money and ya'll can't answer a simple question?" -- Still nothing. Recently noticed they have the "YouTube Certified" logo on their website, once I clicked on it, the message read "Page Not Found."

Surely, this must be an error, right? So, I searched the official "YouTube Creator Services Directory" and they are NOT listed. This means they are NOT a certified partner, as they claim. Check for yourself by visiting their main page on their website, selecting "YouTube Certified" at the top and follow the link. You can also go to YouTube Creative Services Directory and search for TubeBuddy.

TubeBuddy is misleading the masses! We all know being YouTube Certified gives you clout, means you're solid, builds trust. Keep looking, because TubeBuddy ain't it.

It slowed down my computer drastically while using it, I had to get rid of it. You need to have a super fast processor to be able to use it. Then it was pretty impossible to cancel, nor to get a refund as it was advertised on the sign-up page. Good concept, but does not work very well.
