This is my second time to order from Tuc Tuc. I’ve been buying their clothes for the last 5 years from a local shop and love the quality and colours.
I ordered this time last year and what a nightmare, countless emails and posts on Instagram trying to get my order sent, eventually received after 3 weeks, however the company did send me an apology and a sweetener to rectify. Nearly passed out when I saw all the reviews here
I took a chance and ordered again on jan 28th as I couldn’t get sizes for my ever growing 5 year old. Arrived on 4th Feb and everything as gorgeous as ever and she is thrilled. They really do need to work on their customer service, send a dispatch email with tracking rather than leave you to search through the account looking for details etc

I assume people usually don’t write reviews if everything is ok . And that’s the reason I gonna add mine . I usually check reviews before I place order in new shop and oh dear -I was really close to abort the mission after checking those reviews. But I really loved the jacket so I took a risk and .. good thing I did!!! I placed order 19 of January and just got package today(21)!!!in 2 days! I ordered raincoat, hoodie and socks . Everything is just like a pic -bright original designs. Quality seems good too . Sizes are rather large but it’s better than small . So I’m really happy I ignored those reviews and got fun stuff for my boy with nice sales. Thank you!

Absolutely awful!!! We received a gift that wasn’t to my taste and I immediately contacted the company through their online form, 3 times and 1 email later they eventually responded and were rude and unhelpful. They told me in an email ‘No se puede realizar cambios de un regalo’. I am absolutely sure that my friend would not have ordered clothes from this company had she known that they would not allow us to exchange items. As the recipient of the gift, I am unable to return the items, the gift giver has to do it from her account. Also Ojo! They will not exchange for another garment, they will ONLY EXCHANGE the purchased items FOR ANOTHER SIZE of the same item. They don’t make anything easy, nor offer a helpful solution. I am now stuck with clothes I don’t want and my friend has wasted her money.
Awful! Avoid at all costs.

¡¡¡Absolutamente horrible!!! Recibimos un regalo que no era de mi gusto e inmediatamente me puse en contacto con la empresa a través de su formulario en línea, 3 veces y 1 correo electrónico después, finalmente respondieron y fueron groseros y poco útiles. Me dijeron en un correo electrónico "No se puede realizar cambios de un regalo". Estoy absolutamente seguro de que mi amiga no habría pedido ropa de esta empresa si hubiera sabido que no nos permitirían intercambiar artículos. Como destinatario del regalo, no puedo devolver los artículos, el donante tiene que hacerlo desde su cuenta. ¡También Ojo! No cambiarán por otra prenda, SOLO CAMBIARán los artículos comprados POR OTRO TAMAÑO del mismo artículo. No hacen nada fácil, ni ofrecen una solución útil.. Ahora estoy con ropa que no quiero y mi amiga ha desperdiciado su dinero. ¡Horrípimo! Evitar a toda costa.

I purchased two jackets from this store last week, but I have yet to receive any updates regarding the status of my order. Despite multiple attempts to reach out via email, I have not received a response.

Additionally, it seems I am unable to request a refund or cancel the order through the website, which is quite concerning.

Seen a lot of bad reviews so was anxious when I bought my pram bag from the website but can happily say I’m more than happy as my bag arrived yesterday 12 days after ordering. I didn’t receive a confirmation email which they do need to work on but updates on the order history, I received DHL confirmation 5 days later expressing it had been shipped and then eventually once in the UK a delivery note email that my item would be delivered by end of the day. I’ll admit until I got the bag I was anxious but over the moon!! I must say they are poor at responding to emails or correspondence but I got my purchase! Thank you!!- (Liverpool Rv)

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, THEY TOOK THE MONEY FOR A ITEM I ORDERED NOT HAD ANYTHING ARRIVE. TRIED TO CONTACT THEM VARIOUS EMAILS NO REPLY AND ALSO TRIED CALLING THEM (SPANISH NUMBER) MESSAGE SAYING MAIL BOX IS FULL. HAVE TO GO THROUGH PAYPAL NOW FOR A REFUND.

I am an unsatisfied customer. 2 weeks after purchase I started contacting tuctuc where my order is and no reply a month later. I wrote to them on several different emails, contact form and NO reply?! After I wrote on their instagram threatening I will go public with my experience I got a reply that I shoudn't worry they will tell customer relation to get in touch. 2 weeks later no onehas contacted me and in the search for a way to reach to them I found this here on trustpilot. I hope you are not reading this too late as I will surely not buy again.
In a few weeks I am moving so I hope it will arrive by then if not I will find find the relevant agency to make a complaint.

Don't trust these guys! Worst company to buy online ever!They make mistakes and don't even answer your emails!

There customers service is truly appalling. There lack of interest in customers is completely disgusting. They reply to emails like you would casually text a friend. I had a quality issue with a coat ( bear in mind I had purchased 3 ) and only one was clearly faulty. I asked for packaging to return item and was told Point blank NO. We’ve looked at your pictures it’s not a quality item it’s your own fault and how it was washed. When in actual fact I washed this coat and the other 2 on the same wash yet one was ruined. They take no responsibility and are down right rude and abrupt. I would never buy a single item of clothing from them again.
