Great services from everyone at Tudor Coffee when we purchased our new coffee machine at Badgers Hill Farm. Delivery and installation was perfect.

The company returns policy clearly states “ RETURN FOR A FULL REFUND“ when I tried to return 6 x mugs I was told there is a 25 % restocking fee !! Nowhere on the website does it state 25% it says MAYBE a restocking fee !! Who runs a company on maybes and then plucks 25% out the air it clearly states FULL REFUND … be aware when ordering they make up the conditions as they go !!!

Bought 6×1kg bags of coffee beans and in all of them beans were mixed with dust and cracked beans-when cleaned i found 103grams of rubbish in 1kg. Sent the email but they didnt respond. I believe there is more customers who found the similar quality. I have pictures of it

By Saturday, we were absolutely rammed from morning till late afternoon, and the machine didn’t miss a beat. Every cup poured perfectly, and the feedback from customers was amazing.

It’s rare to meet people in business who genuinely care about your success, but that’s exactly who Vince and his team are. Their professionalism, honesty, and heart have been such a blessing on this journey. We’re deeply grateful for everything they’ve done to help Dolly’s Vintage Tearooms, Gosport find its rhythm and start so strong.

Worst Company to work for stayaway constantly being watched on cameras if your not on a camera they will look for you. No team players they blame you when a customer questions the high prices charged by Tina and Nick. Their Coffee isn't of great quality either very hard and their coffee roater machine is very old I mean obsolete. The whole company is very unhygienic and not healthy at all. Dusty and dirty messy throughout. Not convinced pay them a visit but refrain from any refreshments ie Coffee or Tea and never I mean NEVER ask them for a repair.

Was able to source an item we were struggling to find. Order was processed and despatched quickly and well packaged. Will definitely use again.

I can highly recommend Tudor Tea and Coffee for the quality of their products and the excellent service. I placed an order yesterday at 10.48am and it was delivered to me at 2.25pm. I realise this was exceptional as they deliver to my area on Tuesdays and Fridays and I just managed to catch the van before it departed but credit where it is due, they processed my order very swiftly

I purchased a coffee machine a few years ago from this company and have been getting my beans ever since from them. I have just purchased a new coffee machine and another new water boiler, would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone, great service, fast delivery and both Tina and John are very helpful. Absolutely recommend using this company

From first enquiry to installation, the service, helpfulness, advice and knowledge of this company has been outstanding and the process of purchasing 2 machines for our company made simple and easy. The machines and the coffee is excellent. Particularly like the personal follow-up after installation to check we were happy with everything.

We bought our new Espresso Coffee Machine from Tutor Coffee Company and the service and the package offered to us at New City College for our new Cherry Tree Cafe has been excellent 👍

I had an issue with my Fiamma espresso machine that I couldn't resolve. A Google search threw up Tudor Coffee. Had met Nick some years ago when I called into the warehouse hoping to buy a bag of beans. I got the beans plus a lot more. Nick gave me his time to discuss the different roasts and to make a few espresso shots for me to try.
My machine was fixed in just a few days at a reasonable price. I plan to go see them soon to try their latest roasts.

I have been calling the sales office for the past week in regards to our recent order with yourselves.

After making numerous calls and conversations with Tina I have not managed to resolve the issue of returning my order for a full refund nor have i had any calls back from her. I then spoke with a 'John' who was very quick to put the phone down on me and who does not even exist according to Jill. After speaking with Jill, she advised she will call me back once she had looked into the issue. She also has not called me back. I feel like I have been lied to by these individuals as nothing has been done.

What I have been asking for is a simple return and refund as you confirmed the listing on your website was not what has been received. A call back from a manager (the one who calls himelf John) would have resolved everything but this seems to be something that is not of importance to anyone I have spoken with.

Going forward I can see someone has had the time to change and update the pictures on your website but not call me to rectify my problem. A surcharge of 25% would be applicable if I had made a mistake, however I have proved this is not the case and that the pictures of both cups and lids are nothing like the products sent to me.

My partner had called today as I am currently away and someone had dropped the call on him and not answered when he tried to call back, yet answered when he called from a different number. I really don't know what to say about that.

To resolve this matter, I would like for the order to be collected and a full refund given. This has been going on for over a week now and I have been past from pillar to post and everyone I speak to is either unable to help or quick to put the phone down mid conversation. I must add that I was under the impression that I am dealing with a professional company, but first impressions have not been the best.

Please reply to me, regardless of who's not working and who's out of the office and all the other justifications I have been given by your departments.

Ordered some hessian coffee sacks for our new deli yesterday and they arrived this morning, so fantastic speedy service. Can't get any better than that . They also included free samples of coffee and tea ,which I'm looking forward to trying . Thankyou

They really could not be more helpful and professional offering us a wide range of options that met our requirements which resulted in us placing a substantial order.
