food fantastic also the staff but leaving only one bottle beer and a poor amstel on the all inclusive was very poor i can understand high end whiskys and gin and vodkas but not peroni or bierra merreta they should not be on premium and they ran out of beers alot and when restocked it was warm th8s happened most nights so all inclusive it wasnt
Every aspect of our Cruise with Tui/Marella was great,which is why we have booked again.
Booked via phone as a late booking, very helpful and efficient customer service agent, flight and transfers all okay. Ship clean and comfortable,food choices good and varied,needed to keep checking what was included in the standard all inclusive drinks package though. All staff polite, friendly and very hardworking.
Very attentive staff, could not ask for better service,plenty of food and drink options.It would be a five star apart from the over crowding on the decks during at sea days and the lack of water and fridges in the cabins, sorely missed.

We enjoyed cruise and the great staff could not help enough Only small problem was show time The background music was so loud could not hear the great singers .Other people did agree with me on ship Minor but can soon be sorted .Been on fifteen cruise and really enjoyed our first trip on Marelle

Cruise was excellent, cabin stewards Andi, Roarfern and Maher were faultless would also like to mention Noman (waiter) Dino (bar staff) who were excellent very impressed with all the crew staff. Unfortunately on our depart morning our suitcase went missing between cabin and quay side although the staff at quayside were helpful as the situation would allow we had to leave without case. Trying to locate the suitcase in the UK was horrendous and we found it very stressful the help we received was not good and very unprofessional untill we spoke to a lady called Amy from a TUI shop in Crewe who was magnificent and located our baggae after 2 weeks kept us informed and case was still in Corfu happy to say we have received today all in tact. Apart from this terrible experience would book another cruise with TUI we will take matter further as very stressful.
Cruise was very good, but the position of cabin on deck 4 window view which we paid extra for was at the back of the ship which was very noisy from propellers which also cause vibrations made it very hard to sleep and spoiled the holiday for us
not to the standards previously enjoyed, staff shortages in the bar areas extremely noticeable, waiters were almost non existent, don't know if staff cannot be found or if its more cost cutting by Marella but the service in many areas was poor with long queues in many bar areas due to lack of waiter service, some daytime bar areas were operating with only 1 server, and lines 10 deep waiting for this very slow service, there was a slight improvement getting towards the old standards after 7.30 pm. The pre recorded entertainment offerings on the pool deck are very poor in content and quality, is this just another cost cut ?.
Why didnt we do this before? We were hesitant and had never really considered a cruise before ( Both getting on a bit now) but to be perfectly honest, we are hooked now. There were things we would do differently but that was our choice. Cabin, on deck 2 with a window. Great little room has everything we needed, comfortable and cleaned regularly. The food... Exceptional in the 47 degrees restaurant. Excellent in the Islands Buffet and also exceptional in Surf and Turf. The Drinks.. In the pool bar, they are basic but served by willing and happy staff. In The arruim and Live bar the drinks were great, Cocktails were great and even house wine was nice. Coffee Port also great coffee.. We paid for the upgraded drink package and glad we did. Neither of us are huge drinkers but like our coffee and after the Mudslide cocktails we probably made the most of the upgrade cost . Entertainment was, on the whole, fantastic with singers, musicians and the shows were all worth watching. Everyone on board was very friendly and we chatted to lots of people we would otherwise not have known. The ship was very clean and well maintained. We paid for a couple of excursions ( on our own versions) to Rome and Florence. Rome was very good but walking nearly 7 miles in 38 degree heat was hard work . The guides however were very helpful indeed We cancelled the Florence trip as the bus would only be able to Park 50 mins from the centre and that would have spoiled the enjoyment. Next time we may book a minibus tour into town instead. We explored Palma, Corsica and Barcelona ourselves and it was all very good. We found that Tui staff in the shop were very helpful indeed answering many stupid questions that we had before we went. We diidnt carry much cash at all and what we did , we used to tip staff as they were exceptional. I use a Revolut card abroad and load it with what we think we may need . That pays for everything in port and if lost or stolen, it would only loose what we had put onto it. Also lodged the same card behind reception which worked just fin. Would we do it again? Definitely
From booking the cruise , until departing from the cruise at the end , everything was perfect. Will be booking again .

Nice cruise and experience very clean and maintained. The food was fine and plenty of choice and restaurants on board though the wine was undrinkable.

Failed to live up to previous standards over many cruises. Will now be looking elsewhere.
