This is definitely not a 5star accommodation at a push I would give it 3stars,I read the reviews before booking but went with a open mind with the not so good ones but as some said yes it did smell yes there was broken tiles in the pool myself and my grandson both cut our toes and feet and a lot more people did to, rooms are tiered and dated , the beach bar man yes always on his phone even looking up at you waiting but making no attempt to serve you , the worst thing I found was after checking in it’s dark it’s a big place that you have never been before and they just send you on your way to find your room which I find absolutely disgusting and upsetting especially when you have a child who doesn’t like the dark, would I return to this place definitely not

The hotel, facilities and food were all terrible. On the flight out one of the seats was broken so we had to be moved and we had paid for those seats!

Would absolutely recommend TUI, from Bagage allowance to transfer and brilliant rep at the Resort- Nicki your passion, enthusiasm and professionalism is second to none! Will not think twice about booking with TUI again. We had a fabulous holiday!

This was a beautiful hotel and a fabulous holiday. I would rate the hotel and a very good 5* After some improvements it could easily be a 5* We did report out feedback to the receptionist on check out as it did not effect us directly so didn't feel the need to "complain" it was more of a fyi feedback. A few light switches in the room were broken. The hairdryer didn't work. The TV speaker was distorted. The food was delicious but we foud towards the end of our 10 stay there was less of it. The hotel was supposedly at it's capacity so maybe that had an impact but it was definitely noticeable. However the staff were superb, the entertainment was fantastic, the maids outstanding, the bar staff and waiting staff wonderful. The beaches are amazing white sand blue sea. I would recommend this hotel as it was a fantastic holiday for us. Just what we needed to unplug, reset and reconnect.

Flight ok with the exception of 2 families arguing after drinking. Hotel design was nice but room very worn, paint flaking off onto floor. Food was horrible due to so many flies over it. Very disappointed for a 5 star!

The holiday was fantastic, most of the staff at the hotel were amazing. The food was average. The fine dining restaurant was difficult to book up and was unavailable. This was our second visit, we were disappointed with most of the entertainment, in comparison with 2 years prior. One of our group under a different booking experienced a horrible experience with a pool staff member following her to the toilet and trying to chat her up and asked for her phone number. This was reported by the hotel manager. The bathroom drain in the shower was quite smelly and the rooms were a little musky. The value of the hotel is highly priced.

Absolutely love this place. The staff are amazing and the food and cleanliness is so good. The only thing I don’t like are some of the local spirits drinks.They taste different and I just don’t like them . The cocktails aren’t much better. But the entertainment and on going activities are just so good. But best of all is the Friday Riu party. The amount of effort those guys put into the show is incredible and really out of this world

The accommodation was great and any issues were dealt with very quickly. Loved the food, the only negative was the huge cheese selection, which was amazing, wasn’t covered and so was put off by seeing flies on it.

The amount of times a year I fly with TUI I have not experienced anything bad, staff are polite from start to finish.
