I am very sorry to hear that our lead times were longer than you anticipated. At Tuin, the majority of our products come from our main depot in the Netherlands. Whilst we try to ensure that products like our garden buildings have a lead time of around 2-3 weeks maximum, some products can take longer. Fantastic cabins, manufacturing and delivery
Tuin are absolutely the go-to providers of garden cabins for the UK. Based in Holland, their manufacturing accuracy is top class, together with the excellent scandanavian timber they use. Ironwork and instructions are also excellent and their delivery team can deliver to cahallenging locations. This is my 3rd cabin and each has been high quality.

Good solid cabin at a good price
The cabin has been installed for over a year now and it’s in great condition. I gave it 2 coats of Sadolin deck when it was put up and another coat this summer and it’s looking really good and protected.
Some minor flaws in one of the logs but nothing terrible. I would have liked to see a nicer design for the doors and windows though. Other cabin makers have nicer finishing details for those.

Perfect from ordering to delivery
Perfect from ordering to delivery, I bought the 5x4 Leipzig, kit was so easy to build, I would recommend upgrading the doors and windows if possible, especially if they are going to get direct wind/rain, after sale, and customer care is brilliant, very helpful team,the quality is excellent and compared to other companies selling very similar units, the price is unbeatable, would definitely recommend this company

Good log cabin but a few glitches with delivery
The log cabin we bought from Tuin is very sturdy and was a reasonable price, we are very happy with the finished job. The instructions were apparently fairly unfathomable so our carpenters had to make numerous telephone calls to customer service for advice. Customer service was very helpful to them.
I spoke to customer service a few times in the early stages of ordering, and while they were generally helpful and polite before I committed to the product, once I had ordered there were a couple of occasions when the sales assistant was rather less helpful.
When you are committing to a big expenditure of several thousand pounds just based on a picture on a website, you do need to be happy you are getting all the right kit and there was a muddle at Tuin’s end about whether the insulation I had ordered would be coming separately or with the rest of the cabin. I was given the wrong information about this so it all became rather confused once the kit had been delivered as it was all packed up on pallets.
The other criticism I would make is that I did not receive a fully itemised order from them which included all the extras I had paid for, so I had no proof of purchase.
However, overall I am pleased we went ahead with the cabin and we look forward to years of usage.
