Support was fantastic
This was shaping up to be a "not so great" review, but TuneFab customer support came through. About a month ago I attempted to open TuneFab and was informed (on my MacBook Pro) that is was corrupt. Trashed it and downloaded a fresh copy, then attempted to register it... no such luck. After many chats with support, screenshots, and more chats, support came through with a solution. Everything is working fine now. I have been using TuneFab since 2018 and never encountered an issue, until earlier this month.

Some friends of mine have been using TuneFab for a couple of years now and suggested me the Spotify Converter software: I've been more than happy with it. Moreover I had to contact the support in order to make an upgrade of my plan and I was helped and always answered right away very efficiently. Keep on going like this!

Avoid TuneFab — Useless Software and Terrible Support
I purchased a lifetime license with the intention of downloading videos from a specific platform. The software completely failed to do so, even though the site listed they support 1000s sites.
When I reached out to their support team — well within the 30-day refund window — their only response, repeatedly, was to “try other websites, try other platforms” No solution, no refund, just the same dismissive answer over and over.
Their support is unhelpful, uninterested, and unwilling to take responsibility for their product not working as advertised. It’s clear they rely on empty promises and poor customer service to hold on to your money.
I strongly advise against buying this software. If it doesn't work for your needs (and chances are it won’t), you’ll be stuck with a product that does nothing and a support team that refuses to help.
Don’t waste your time. Don’t waste your money. Look elsewhere.

Honestly a "Fab" product
Honestly, this company is "Fab", I'm really happy with the software and quality from this company. The software just works out of the box, does what its supposed to do - no frills or complicated interface. They are actively updating it and their prices for offering a one time license or monthly fees are very reasonable. Support is fantastic and they have responded promptly to my needs and done their best to resolve any issues. Rating them 5*

Tunefab has been great for me
Tunefab has been great for me. I just read one review about no reply to email. Anytime I write them I get a reply within 24 hours. I changed computers a couple of times and everytime I receive the new code with no issue. The software is easy to use as well. I have used both Amazon an I tunes. The highest quality down loads, never have run into any issues. Would recommend this to anybody. I have been using this for a few years now.

There is no way to remove the pornhub/of part and I do not want to see that every time I use the app, It would take 30 mins to allow you to hide stuff on the UI but they dont care
