Bad customer service!
There's been a bug for quite some time, I've brought it to their attention numerous times but I keep getting the same generic reply that they know and are working on it... This bug has existed for years now. I do not recommend this app at all.

If I could give them zero stars I would but there's no option for that.

Customer service is non-existent.

Their software is buggy and when it stops working it not only doesn't connect to the VPN, but it locks you out of your "normal" connection.

Don't give these people your money they don't deserve it.

The basic free product does exactly what it says on the tin. The sign up process is both easy and ADORABLE, and you are up and running instantly.

I'm sure it lacks bells and whistles available from other products, but if you just need a basic 'pretend I'm still at home when I'm on holiday' product, 100% recommend. If I needed additional data volume I would not hesitate to upgrade to the paid version, but on this occasion haven't needed to.

I use this VPN for a month and it works very well, you don't have unlimited data for free but you have access with 2GB to almost any country in the world and without ads !

It works well for Netflix, if it cuts off which has happened a few times, sometimes connecting to another country and then re connecting to the desired country works. decent about of MB per month.

I was using Tunnelbear to connect specifically to USA location. And like 80% of time, IT DOES NOT WORK AT ALL! And also keeps permanently disconnecting without telling you. Definitely would NOT recommend.

Six months ago I subscribed to Tunnelbaer. At first I was satisfied, but that quickly changed. For months I have had to be constantly on the alert to ensure that Tunnelbaer VPN is actually connected. When the program says it is connected, after some time it looses connection. Sometimes the connection is already lost after a few minutes. No warning will be given that there is no longer a connection to the VPN. Another common problem is that it is not possible to activate the connection to the Tunnelbaer VPN if the connection is lost. The only thing that can help than is to log out and log in again. Sometimes I have to do that several times. All in all, Tunnelbær VPN does not increase security on the internet due to its poor functioning. It may actually create an incorrect sense of security. I shall therefore not continue my subscription unless the functioning of Tunnelbær improves drastically. If you trying te cirvumvent any form of statecontrol over internet I would surely not choose for Tunnelbaer.

Nice VPN. Good speed and many locations. There is free trial.

Reasonable VPN, speeds are O.K. They need to move to RAM servers and expand number of servers. Prices are competitive especially when on sale events happen. Best read the full review on PCMag(dot)com before deciding if this VPN service is right for you. Hope that helps!
