Perfect communication

ordered a joint of meat online, paid for everything, then on day of delivery informed via email i had to pay £10 extra for delivery which made the purchase too expensive, happy to pay post and packing no problem, but this should be included in initial transaction, I was lulled into false sense that the whole transaction was decently priced

great quality products, prices not too expensive, arrives in cool bag, just totally different from you average supermarket meat

Meat got rotten after 4 days.

Excellent quality and customer service! The meat is always delicious and value for the money.

The service is exceptional as are all the products, The meat is entirely different to supermarket meat, the chickens are not full of water and taste like chicken used to taste, the meat is tender and full of flavour I buy all my meat and pies from TMC and will continue to do so. When you cook the minced beef it smells like you are cooking steak and not the strange smell of supermarket mince. When you cook the bacon it does not shrink to nothing and the pan is not full of water just proper real bacon.

Best customer service. Very responsive and accommodating to special requests. On time delivery and well packaged.

Straightforward way to order my meat for Christmas. Have yet to recieve and eat the meat, so can't comment on it's tastiness yet!
