The reason is the orange part are bad quality the black parts are ok but the orange parts are not. Tried calling Tunturi but now answer. Dont buy bad long term quality

I immediately received an answer by Niels Wilson, (who is a Service Benelux), who was extremely helpful, professional, very polite and generous with his explanations, instructions and time and he solved all my problems and questions. I own a Tunturi E80 Endurance. Be aware: the hardware is locked to a proprietary Bluetooth protocol, forcing users to pay for a third-party subscription (Kinomap) just to access basic features like data export.
While Tunturi now sells new models with the open FTMS protocol, they deliberately refuse to provide a firmware update for older, yet perfectly capable, hardware. This is a clear case of software-induced obsolescence.
After 6 weeks of waiting, the responses from their service coordinator have been evasive and technically inaccurate. It is clear that their goal is to shut down the discussion rather than actually resolve the problem. Suggesting I contact Kinomap support for a Tunturi hardware issue is a complete denial of responsibility.
Tunturi holds your bike's connectivity hostage. If you value interoperability and honest customer service, look elsewhere. A formal complaint will be filed with the ACM (Netherlands Authority for Consumers).
I ordered a new Smith machine from Tunturi (Fitnessdelivery) and it was packed with the wrong cables. I have the machine for the last two weeks, but I can still not use it because I do not have the cables. I did log the issue and Tunturi said they would send me the new cables, but after a week, no cables yet. The worst service ever.

I bought those tunturi ankle weights and after ten minutes of just dribbling with the ball the velcro broke off of them

I experienced spot on service from this company. I had an issue with the valve on a Tunturi slam ball. I asked for a replacement valve. the company, without hesitation took the ball back under guarantee, and sent me a replacement in a couple of days.

Don't get fooled with the marketing about resistance gradation, there is only two - ultra light and ultra high.
