Specialist Knowledge, Experience and Excellent Service
Having paid out for a professional fault finding/diagnostic service after both EPC and Engine warning lights appeared on my SEAT Arona dashboard, my local garage did not fill me with confidence that they could fix a potential turbo problem. The SEAT main dealer was asking silly money for a turbo replacement (car out of warranty). I decided to conduct
a search online and found Turbo Specialist Ltd. based in Farnborough, Hampshire. While not local to me (30 miles away) I decided to do some research on them. I would say around 80% of reviews I read were favourable and they have recently won an industry award in their sector.
I contacted them and arranged to take my car in. The receptionist Agnes, was well versed and knowledgeable in this subject area.
My car was quickly diagnosed with a turbo wastegate issue and in order to carry out repairs they would also inspect the turbo to see if this was ok.
To my relief the turbo was fine so the wastegate was replaced and together with a fair amount of labour the total came to £467 plus VAT.
I was very impressed with the service provided with good communication.
My car runs like a dream now so I can thoroughly recommend Turbo Specialist Ltd. for specific repairs in this area.
