I’m happy I did the research for my purchase - Natural and Organic Latex Mattress Topper Queen size
4”Organic Latex with Cover (Soft/Medium Flippable) - there’s aLOT out there to shop. I like my topper so much I’m buying a hybrid mattress next. I am a restless stomach sleeper, and I have been ecstatic that I haven’t been waking myself up moving around after I go to bed! Looking forward to trying a buckwheat pillow also. The company being sustainable and owned by women are all pluses 💜

Terrible Customer Service. I purchased 4 layers of Organic Latex to make a mattress and a cover which was quilted and expensive. The King Matresses measured 75.5"X79" But the cover was 72" X 79"
The cover was too small for the mattresses. When I called the company they had me going back and forth measuring, taking photos of the label etc.
the person from Turmerry kept putting me on hold saying he had to speak to his manager! They also told me to put it back in the box it came in and unfortunately my assistants who helped me put the mattresses together, had recycled the boxes. As I write the support guy finally got back and said they would send me a new cover. One of the reasons I purchased from this company was that it seemed to be a smaller operation and the product was made in the U.S. I thought they would be more honest than most.
Lesson Learned: When possible, go with a large well known company.

We recently ordered a hydro cooling/warming pad system for our king sized bed. At the same time, our old 3 inch memory foam topper was deforming and hurting our backs when we sleep on our stomachs. We got rid of the old topper and slept directly on our mattress, but it was too firm for my husband's liking and he began to experience shoulder pain from laying on his side, even though our back pain from laying on our stomachs was gone.

When we got our cooler/warmer system in, it seemed to help slightly as it was a little padded itself, but the overall feel of our mattress was still too firm for when we slept on our sides.

Now we had to solve the problem of: be firm enough to sleep on our stomachs, but soft enough to sleep on our sides. Oof!

Years ago, when we had a queen bed, we had talalay latex and we loved it. So I felt, in light of the memory foam problem, we'd go back to latex for a new topper. I did look for the brand that we had on our queen bed, but it was nearly $1000. I was willing to order it again if I had to, but if there were alternatives, I'd be all for it.

That's when I found Turmerry. What ultimately swayed me was the organic latex option and the different zones in the topper. To note, the match quiz told me to order medium firmness which, with some research, was about the same firmness of our mattress that we found just a tad too firm for our liking. Add in our cooling/warming system, which, while soft to the touch, seems to add some firmness due to being firmly stretched across the top of the bed, I took a chance and ordered a soft 3 inch organic topper with cover.

I'm glad I did! It's given us just the right amount of give underneath our taut cooling/warmer pad, but still enough support we can sleep on our stomachs without straining our backs.

I love the mattress topper I got, natural latex medium firmness 2 inch. It was just what my too hard mattress needed to turn it into a comfortable and support bed. Now I'm sleeping really well. It doesn't start to sink in the middle the way memory foam does either! Best part is that this is a woman owned company and sustainability if part of their focus, it's important that companies start thinking and doing in this way if they aren't already. Thanks Turmerry!

Excellent products and service. We purchased 3 pillows and a mattress topper. Best decision we have made ti get a good nights rest.

After doing considerable research on types of mattress toppers and the companies selling them I picked Turmerry as the company I wanted to do business with. Excellent choice. Ordering was easy, their product choices are outstanding, prices are reasonable and my shipment arrived promptly. Both my wife and I were having shoulder, hip and back pain using a egg crate type memory foam topper on a relatively new mattress. We decided to go with a latex topper and it instantly made the difference. Starting with the first night, the pain was gone. Additionally, not sinking into the memory foam makes moving around much easier. The latex topper is more like floating on the surface. We went with the medium firmness and it works great. I also appreciate that Turmerry is a smaller, family run business based in the US. Next up for us are a couple of latex pillows. Very satisfied with all aspects of doing business with Turmerry.

I purchased a king size pillow, medium firmness. The pillow is 6 inches longer than a king size pillow in the United States!!! It does NOT fit in any pillow cases. They refused to give me a refund. And as for a medium in firmness, It is as hard as a rock. Very disappointed in the service and the product. So I'm out $101.00

The product I received is of excellent quality. It is very well made and arrived very quickly. The description from the website was accurate and informative. The item itself is exactly as described. Wonderful follow up by the company. I will definitely be doing business with them again.

I had some questions before I made my purchase. It is hit or miss reaching them by phone. I reached out to them by email and they were very prompt in getting back to me. I would definitely purchase from Turmerry again. I purchased their 1.4” egg crate medium Dunlop topper. It saved us from having to return our brand new Naturepedic Dunlop latex bed. It was way to firm for me and the topper gave me the softness and helped my back and shoulder when sleeping on my side.

Purchased: Latex Mattress Topper - Natural and Organic, Size: Full, Thickness: 3 Inch Organic Latex, Firmness: Soft. PHENOMENAL! It really works! I'm a side sleeper, sometimes back. No more lower back pain when I wake up! With a Full size bed, I use Queen size sheets and fits fine (go a sheet size up). Using two fitted sheets to protect since sheets are washable. THANK YOU, TURMERRY! HUGE WIN BUYING THIS TOPPER!

I'm not sure if I see any change in my old quality mattrass since I purchased the medium cover.
I will not blame it on the product. The
Company was good at discounting the cover because of postal issues.

My latex foam chair cushion arrived quickly and appeared perfect. Then I went to carefully remove several large stickers from the surface, and over ½" depth of foam tore off under each sticker. I emailed my complaint days ago and have not received a reply. Terrible customer service.

Team Turmerry finally replied to my complaint…but only AFTER it appeared publicly here on TrustPilot, which they referenced. Looks like they’re more concerned with reputation and reviews than responding to customers’ email complaints.

The rep, Jeff, explained that the stickers aren’t meant to be removed, which I found puzzling. They’re big, they’re thick, they span a big area of one side of the cushion, and would show when the cushion is covered with a sheer fabric. There was no “Do not remove, as that will damage the foam” notice anywhere. Seems that might be a good idea, no?

The rep gave me a choice of a replacement (with the same ugly, unremovable stickers) or a refund. I chose the refund…which was only offered AFTER they saw my negative TrustPilot review. The refund was made promptly.

He asked me twice to delete or revise my review.
So here’s my revision.

We bought a soft latex king mattress topper and absolutely LOVE it. No pressure points anymore, even when the cat sleeps on my hip. We both have more than the usual aches and pains, so having a bed that feels like luxury makes a real difference in day to day life. No smell, no holding heat, but not cold either (I sleep hot and my husband sleeps cold, and we’re both happy). So great to get exactly the right product and support the environment and a woman-owned business at the same time.

Ordered the latex bed topper. Amazing difference! New mattress was too hard. Bed is very soft and comfortable now and no VOC’s/smell. Arrived quickly-game changer. Best price point for product.

I wanted to try the Turmerry pillows because they are organic. They are the most comfortable pillow we have had! The company was great about exchanging the pillow for me until I had the perfect fit too.

Customer service was great and I really like the zoned feature of the topper. I used it to replace the talalay latex in my hybrid mattress. I got soft because I find latex firm..."sleep on" instead of "sleep in" like memory foam or gel toppers. However, I wanted something without a lot of chemicals and I like sleeping cool.

Although I wished I could have acalled and spoken with someone, I was able to get a lot of great help by email from customer service to decide what we needed. Bought a king latex mattress and pillows. My husband is sleeping better since we bought this and neither of us has overheated at night since we got this. :)
