I came across Turn-It-Tropical whilst searching for a specific houseplant that I luckily found on their website for a very reasonable price. Today I received my plant and to my surprise when I opened the box, there were actually 2 plants inside! How amazing is that!!! And not just that, they are both in pristine condition. Thank you so much for the beautiful plants, I look forward to ordering a few more! :)

Plants arrived well packed even with canes to stop them tipping to one end of the box should the box get thrown about! Well wrapped, labelled and neat plants. Delivery about 7 days which is fine concidering the strikes and all! Shall be using again.

Extremely happy with my 2 recent orders from turn it tropical, it was the first time I used them, although I have kept an eye on their website for a while now. I am always a bit dubious about ordering live plants online as I’d rather look at them and transport them home myself. Turn it tropical have changed my mind, I will definitely be ordering more from them in the very near future. The plants are in amazing shape, full green and healthy, very well cared for from door to door, packed and sent with amazing care. I just wanted to say thanks for the excellent plants, which arrived today. They exceeded my expectations. I was also impressed by the careful packing and the use of the heatpaxx, something I had not encountered before and they were still warm to the touch. The cherry on the cake is your use of DPD, in my experience one of the best couriers dealing with live plants. Again thanks so much

I’ve ordered 2 plants in total, the postage was a little pricey but received plus one of each plant on them so overall I’m satisfied with the service, plants look healthy :)

I bought five plants from Turn it Tropical after reading all these great reviews, however my experience was not as positive. It took around 10 days for the plants to get to me, and this only happened after i emailed the owner twice. When the plants arrived they were not in good shape. One had a single leaf and root rot, one had many yellowing leaves and slugs and one was shrivelled; a few were also much smaller than advertised on the website. I regret spending my money here and will not be doing so again.

Brilliant place! The plants always exceed my expectation and are usually taller than advertised. Healthy plants 🙂
