Delivery has still not arrived despite saying between 25th and 27th April, now the 1st of May.

I believe you spoke to my colleague on the phone about your order this morning.

We can confirm your order left our warehouse on the 22nd of April. We have just tracked your order again to see if there are any further updates but sadly, Royal Mail haven’t attempted delivery yet. We apologise for the delay and the inconvenience caused.

As discussed on the phone, if you haven’t received your order by Tuesday (as it’s a Bank Holiday on Monday), please do let us know.
