I would have no hesitation in personally recommending Turner Systems to people I know and whose opinions are important to me. I've spoken to a number of web developers and associated trades over the past year or so and, of all of them, Ross has been a stand-out professional – and by some margin.
From a purely personal point of view, it is something of a relief to find someone who is responsive, helpful and takes the time to understand their client's needs before quoting for work; delivers on what they promise, to schedule and budget; and doesn't charge a premium for decent customer service. I know I haven't been the easiest customer – I am in no sense of the term 'technically minded' – and have been very grateful for Ross's patience.
