Messed up inventory
Amazing - they are still selling products that are discontinued and can't be found elsewhere.
Ok - prices.
Bad - right after buying one of those discontinued products I was contacted that one item is no longer in stock and they have to remove it from my order. Then I waited for 3 weeks and eventually contacted them about the delay - another item was not accessible, so they had to remove that too. If I didn't contact them, I believe I would not get a response. After they sent my order without those two items, the item they had removed is still listed as "in stock". What a mess!

This shop is nice and the number of articles they have in stock is very good. You can order games, miniatures or accessories I cannot order in Netherlands. So I sometimes order from them. Just ordered my Ankh monuments and Blood Rage 5th player, the price was very good and delivery was clean (all monuments intact). I am very happy with that, also their prices are good compared to pricing in other web shops.

Never again.
Nearly every item I initially ordered was out of stock. Managed to get some substitutions, yet 1 item was just removed from my order entirely and I was not issued a refund. Communication was spotty at best, and stopped entirely shortly before the items shipped. The tracking number did not match with any package, and I couldn't track it at all until the company that handled it in my home country contacted me to set up the delivery. Items arrived bound with rubber bands, which are not typically good for cards.
