My experience was great from the beginning to the end. I had a package with everything included, everything went smooth from the airport and back. I have been to this hospital twice now. They are extremely professional. Having had 2 seperate operations both being so reasonable priced, I could not recommend them enough! It can be very daunting flying to another country for surgery but i can assure you there is no need for any bad thoughts. First class after care they do not rush you out after your surgery. Infact to doctor kept me an extra night due to an early flight on mynreturn day. As he wanted to just keep me for observation purpose! Language barrier is not an issue the translators are excellent, as I said above highly recomend.

I am extremely happy with Turquie Santé and for anyone who is uncertain just as I was, I would encourage you to go ahead. I chose Turkey over EU countries, not because of the cost, but because after doing a lot of research over the year, I concluded that Turkish surgeons have more practical experience and that post-operative care would be better. And my entire experience proves that I was correct.

Emily was extremely helpful and kind in getting things promptly arranged with the hospital, I send my gratitude to her.

The trip itself ran very smoothly. I was picked up from the aeroport and went to the hospital. I had my consultation and tests prior to the surgery. The post-operative care was exceptional and I am so grateful to everyone at Lokman Hekim Hastanesi (the doctor, the nurses, the surgeons, and the cleaners) who cared for me wonderfully. My stay at the hotel was also enjoyable and relaxing.

Fantastic organisation, everything from my arrival in Istanbul. Throuvh transportation. My medical treatment to being dropped off at Istanbul airport for my return home went like clockwork. I would have no hesitation in reccomending this company to anyone. Top class service

The care I received was CATASTROPHIC; they left me completely on my own and even wrote a positive review about themselves in my name immediately after the procedure, without giving me any time to recover. The liposuction results were disastrous; they ruined my life. Avoid them AT ALL COSTS.

From the start, the support and help with details, quotation and co-ordination and transfers etc was provided and detailed.

Secondly, the guys/girls are all very welcoming when you arrive, the help with the hospital team and translation required is second to none.

Your connection service is excellent but with the hospital I am absolutely disappointed. Comprehensive check up means complete check up with recommendation for follow up treatment and none was recommended nor even for symptoms I have for some I wasn't given advice.

Everything went well

Can I just say how good Emily is at her job. From a British guys perspective, who was asking about possible beard transplants, that she is a very good first point of call for potential customers. That is the impression I got when she spoke to me on WhatsApp a few days ago, and I imagine there will be other British people who will get the same impression from her excellent English and brilliant telephone manner. Very professional. I had an usual request and she grasped the problem immediately.

It has been a week since my visit to Turkey. My experience with the clinic is very positive. Starting with communication with Kevin, I probably would not have gone through with it but for his persistent. Once I got to Turkey I was given the royal treatment. Very little English is spoken but the hospital made sure there are enough English speakers around to make my stay comfortable. The ride from the airport was in a limo van. Once we got to the hospital, they started running all the necessary tests. I was impressed with the number of times they checked and double checked. I was not nervous until they wheeled me into the operating room. One of the nurses (Rabia) saw that I was nervous and made a joke that calmed me down. The anesthesiologist came. She is beautiful! Anyway I don't remember anything until I woke up and it was done. From that moment on, the staff worked around the clock for my care. I was released to the hotel. The hotel is a nice one and is near the mall. The driver took me to a pharmacy to fill my medication. I was taken back to the airport. No problem getting through security. As of this morning, it has been 9 days since my surgery. My eyes are almost healed (80%) and my liposuction areas are less swollen. I love the results with my eyelids. No more eyebags! And my eyes look brighter as I can see them now. Thank you Dr Murat!
