I placed my order on 5/14 for Hybrid Solutions wash and wax, on the 15th, TurtleWax posted a discount on the entire product line of 15% off. On the 16th, I sent a message on their website asking if it would be possible to get a credit back for the price change. I never heard anything from them, only the auto-response saying that they received my message. I received my shipment on 5/17 and not a peep. Customer service should have at least responded to my request even if they didn't honor my request for refund. I should have returned the product and reordered it with the 15% discount. It was a week-long sale that they didn't post until mid-week. Disappointed in the lack of response and missing out on those savings.

Maybe ship sooner than 9 days after an order?!?

Not many years ago Turtle Wax was a well regarded market leader. It's now a two-bit outfit conning people with product that does not work and worthless Customer Service. They seem oblivious to UK trading law, making false claims about the effectiveness of product. I purchased Turtle Wax Hybrid Solutions Fabric Protector to use on the fabric roof of my Mazda. The product container states "stain repelling and hydrophobic barrier to protect against water and oil-based contaminants for automotive fabrics including soft top roofs". As per the instructions on the bottle, I cleaned and prepared the roof to the letter using Meguiars Convertible Top Cleaner which I purchased at the same time, also from Amazon. I then applied three coats of the Turtle Wax Fabric Protector, again exactly following the instructions. After completing it and leaving to dry for over 24 hours I tested the result by applying some water lightly to the roof. Apart from a few small beads of water most of the water just soaked straight into the fabric. I couldn't believe it possible that it was so ineffective. I then did a bit of online research (pity I didn't do this before parting with my money) and found an independent test on You Tube where a carpet floor mat was treated with the Turtle Wax. EXACTLY THE SAME RESULT AS MY JOB. Water was applied and it just soaked in to the mat. It was a total waste of money, time and effort for me. I contacted Turtle Wax "Customer Service" in Liverpool and was asked to provide my Amazon order number, photo of receipt, photo of the bottle label and a photo of the treated roof showing the water soaked in. Loads of hassle. I was promised a call back after they received it. Needless to say no call back. I then phoned them again, pretty annoyed by now and spoke to another person. This guy said that he was very familiar with the product as he had been involved in the development of it. Not something that I would have admitted to had I been in his shoes! Anyway, according to him the Meguiars cleaner I had used was not compatible with their product. What a joke. I pointed out that if the cleaning product was critical then they should sell their Fabric Protector as a kit as AutoGlym do. He promised he would call me back that same day when he had looked into the problem. He didn't. I then phoned the following day (today) and spoke to the same female that I first spoke with. She promised to call me back by 5pm. It is now after 6pm and of course she had no intention of doing so. Both she and the guy had asked me in conversation what would be a satisfactory resolution for me. I said that I would write-off the time and effort if they made a good-will payment of £30 to cover the cost of the Meguiars Cleaner and Turtle Wax Protector. The female pretended to not know what a good-will payment is!!! So they have messed up and are not willing to resolve it at a cost of just £30. Hence my justification in calling them two-bit. My intention is to re-do the roof using the AutoGlym product which I have been told since is THE product to use. I am considering referring Turtle Wax to Trading Standards as I believe they are conning people with this product.

I followed the instructions to the letter! This product, Turtle Wax Clear Finish Polish Compound, completely corroded the paint on the top of my truck and it keeps getting worse!!

My wife’s car is a 2014 Hyundai Azira the posts around the windows are black plastic that fades to a dull gray. I tried everything to get it back to black until one day I put Turtle wax trim restorer on it and BANG it looked like new again!! This stuff is incredible!! Highly recommend it for any faded plastic on your vehicle!! I put a second coat the next day and I swear it looks like it was repainted black.

Turtle Wax Headlight Restore Kit WORKS

Made a purchase recently from Turtle wax on 4th of September, and after several emails complaining about the non arrival of the goods,I received an email asking me to repeat the order,I have heard absolutely nothing since after sending more emails and here we are Saturday 16th September with no goods and no reply from Turtle wax,is it me or is this the epitome of bs customer service?I love their products but their service is worst than you would get from a third world operation,its beyond diabolical....

BIG DISAPPOINTMENT from start to finish! I'm a luxury car detailer and been in business for more than 14 years. I've used many products however, with turtle wax customer service is always a disappointment! I ordered Turtle Wax new product to discover that the items I received were damaged as product was spilled all over and throughout the box that was not properly packed and/or secure for shipping! I sent 5 complaints to Turtle Wax (2 by phone and 3 in writing) and NEVER received any call back as promised. All I can say is a costly, lesson learned!

Received a discount by email for a range of products £30 buy one get one free.On checkout code would not register for discount.Contacted Liverpool who sent email because of my concerns would have forward it to the Us head office.It’s been over a week no further response at all from Liverpool or the US customer service totally for both is terrible and the way they treat there loyal customers 👎🏻👎🏻

Bought a product from their UK site. Product arrived damaged on arrival. Contacted them via phone (answerphone only) , email and letter. No response whatsoever. Assumed that their US site might chase chase up the UK one but, looking at their previous Trustpilot reviews, their feedback is even worse.

I’ll get my money back via my credit card provider!

Absolute rubbish customer service. Emailed on several occasion now but no response whatsoever. Makes me not even wanting their products anymore!

Very poor service. Took a week for my items to be delivered, I had selected 24hr delivery!
Only one of the two items had been delivered.
I have been refunded the missing item but with no explanation or reply from customer services.

Ordered some items on the Turtle Wax UK Website
Had to wait for over a week when they advise next day dispatch. I tried to contact them on several occasions and when they did get back to me that asked if a I wanted a refund or the items , I asked thm for the items. I waited another day then I emailed them back.
They then advised that the items were our of stock!
Looked on thier website straight after and the items were still IN stock. As soon as I emailed them to advise about it 5mins later the items became out of stock!! Conicidence???

Get your act together TurtleWax UK!!

Spent £35 on their website, they said "24 hour free delivery" its been over 1 week and i still didn't receive my items. Contacted them several times asking them for an update on when my items will come, but they haven't responded. Asked for a full refund, still no response.

They took my money, didn't give me my items, wont reply back to any of my emails, wont refund me

Left one star because a 0 was not an option. I purchased the Turtle Wax 75 foot expandable hose last fall and on the second use, it split. An absolute waste of money. Sent an email to customer service and just like most reviews left, heard nothing. Last Turtle Wax product I will ever buy. BUYER BEWARE!

As per other reviews, there is no response from customer service. I ordered the product ("24 hours deliver"). When I hadn't even had a despatch notification 5 days later I contacted customer services via the contact form - no response. It was despatched a few days later, arrived and is as expected. If it had said a 1 - 2 weeks for delivery, that wouldn't have been a problem for me as the product was v cheap but it said 24 hours...

I ordered the products, they say 24 hour delivery, it took over a week for them to dispatch and when they did they sent it on a 48 hour delivery. I sent several emails in the meantime and used their contact form on the website. None were responded to at all, their customer service just ignored me completely. When the products did arrive they were in a big box with no packing so rattling around all over. I hope they are not broken when I come to use them. This is the first time I have dealt with turtle wax direct and will be the last.
