The item I received was used/refurbished, not new as advertised — it arrived without the original packaging and with visible signs of wear.
At first, the seller promised to send a replacement battery without requiring the return of the defective one, but later changed their version several times, now insisting that I pay for international return shipping.
This behaviour is unfair and misleading, violating basic consumer protection rules.
