Would give them a negative if I could, phoned in the am pleasant chap said the engineer would call at 1300, i said fine, as a boiler engineer I cancelled my work for the morning and waited at 1245 someone called and said they would be with me between 1300 and 1900 I said no they wont cancel it, i the phoned the original number got someone different who had the temerity to tell me i was wrong and they wouldn't have said 1300 so in effect called me a liar, I hung up on them lost 4 hours of work.
DO NOT EMPLOY THEM

great company kept me informed and very quick and the lad that came to install ,steve harris , was polite honest and a true gentleman thoroughly recommend to everyone

I rang, and within half an hour I was rung back with a time that the engineer would be round, on the same day! Mark B had a look at what we had and tested to see what aerial would suit. We did need a bigger aerial than I first thought and an amplifier as we didn't have much of a signal. I was given a price and Mark went ahead straight away and put the new aerial up. We now have all the channels we should have. I was very pleased with the work carried out and all the information given to me on the phone in the first place and from Mark when he came round.

Purchase a freesat hdr box, arrived next day, packaged well.
