Purchased an Atom II Ottoman Storage TV Bed in Grey after doing a lot of research and decided to go with tvbed and was not disappointed. From beginning to end the service was first class they kept in touch and delivered this high quality bed that we absolutely love it’s perfect! Will def only be using this company again in future.

Bought an Atom TvBed in the shop and it was delivered and installed within 2 weeks! Rob was really helpful and informative in the shop and helped us decide on the bed to buy. The installers were very fast and polite they also showed us how to put the Tv on! Very simple process highly recommend!!!

We bought the Atom II Ottoman TV Bed for my daughters room. Tv Bed gave us excellent service and we would highly recommend. They delivered as arranged within time period given on order. As for the bed It's excellent value, was pretty easy to build and is very good quality. The auto switch off feature is really good and means the TV also switches itself on upon rising. (Our TV is an LG)

The bed was delivered on time and the delivery men carried everything up 2 flights of stairs.The bed was fairly straightforward to assemble as I did it myself.We had the Atom 11 ottoman tv bed.Upon completion of assembly of the bed the gas struts were very stiff as I attempted to close the ottoman/base of the bed.A quick phone call to customer service and Alex couldnt help enough,he’s a star,we did a video call where he checked over the assembly of the bed,all was good,just a little more pressure was needed to close the base.Thanks so much Alex for the reassurance that more pressure was required and that I wouldn’t break anything 🙂👍🏻.The bed is fantastic,so sturdy and comfortable,our daughter loves it.

My Atom 2 TV bed arrived today, the delivery itself was fantastic and arrived exactly when promised. The bed it's self is absolutely beautiful and to top it off I set it up on my own. Instructions very clear and easy to understand. I had one step which I couldn't work out, I rang TV bed and they supported me step by step over the phone. The customer service went above and beyond explaining tips when installing TV and offered a video call if I needed more help. Really impressed with TV beds company, they are very supportive and easy to get in touch with.

I was looking at TV beds and found this company to be very reasonable so went for it . I ordered the Atom II Ottoman Storage TV Bed and opted for installation . I new the bed i had chosen was on back order. As soon as it arrived in stock , the courier company sent me a link to pick a delivery date that suited me. I was notified the day before of the time they would be arriving. The installation guys were brilliant. They were polite showed how everything worked and took all th packaging away with them. I did notice the next day the Tv switch on one side was not working .Customer service team were first class sent a new part out immediately and was received the next day!. They were prepared to do a video call with me to install,however it was so simple i did it myself. The team checked up with me again that day to make sure everything was working ok. I wish all companies gave such a great customer experience . Loving my new TV bed and would highly recommend TVbed.co.uk to anyone looking to purchase a TV bed . Have stored so much in the ottaman its great .

From showroom to delivery, customer service was top tier! Advice given at showroom was really helpful choosing the correct bed and measuring up. Quality of bed we were really impressed with and self build was very straightforward with clear instructions.

Everyone in the showroom was so helpful and everything arrived promptly and in great condition.

We ordered the Atom Ottoman TV Bed on 31/10/23 and were advised that they could not guarantee pre-Christmas delivery which was fine.
We were pleasantly surprised to receive an e-mail on 29/11/23 saying that our bed was now in stock and we could expect delivery within 7-14 days. I received a call from the company the following day and delivery was arranged for 6/12/23.
Very pleased with the quality of the bed although we did find some sections of the instruction manual unclear but managed to successfully put the bed together. We thought some parts were missing but we eventually located them hiding in the footboard.
We struggled with raising and lowering the ottoman but after a call to TV Beds we were given some advice which was very helpful.
Overall very pleased with our purchase and very helpful customer service from TV Beds.

ordered the Atom ottoman recently on pre order, bed arrived within the time frame they gave us, delivery men were really polite and rang before arrival. my husband put the bed up so i can’t comment on how easy it was to put together but he wasn’t in a bad mood by the end of it so i guess that went well! i’m super impressed by the quality. especially the TV supplied with the bed. wouldn’t hesitate to order again. thank you!

The customer service is outstanding.My delivery came the next day and I didn't have to pay a delivery fee.The bed arrived on time and was well packaged,the hardest part of this whole process was getting it up my stair because everything else was so ideal. The assembling of the bed took a maximum of 1 hour which was very surprising as i purchased the atom tv bed and I am not good with anything electrical however the instructions where clear and easy to follow.I definitely would recommend.

We purchased a super king Atom bed in grey. We have been extremely impressed with the service and the quality of the product. Ordered on a Saturday night and the bed was here by Tuesday. I can’t recommend TV beds enough. No regrets about this purchase at all.

I ordered Atom TV Bed in September 2022 due to shortages and some other excuses it got shipped 6 weeks AFTER it was supposed to get sent just before new year. Laying down right side of the bed’s switch did not work. No 5V USB, Led’s or anything. Sent conpany VIDEOS as proof of it malfunctioning despite me unplugging the 3 or 5 pin cable into the controller at front, no bends on pins and no corrosion.

After 20 emails, someone called me and they admitted the switch was faulty, they stated that’s they shipped a right side of the bed for me to re-fit as the switch is embedded, that was in January in middle of me dealing with Esure over a car crash the guy on phone was rude and seemed to think customers should expect to re-fit parts by themselves with limited space after they paid for a BRAND NEW not used, not like new, brand new bed. It was like buying a brand new Golf R, and when it arrives, VW telling me I need to swap the right CV joint as there is a malfunction.

It’s almost March, still nothing came, I emailed the company again few days ago to which they said this:

Hi

Thankyou for your email, to date we have never had a faulty switch out of over 200 of these models only simply the switch at the back not being correctly selected.

To whom did you speak to last you called as we dont have any switches in our stock and perhaps it was our factory who were posting one out for you?

Best thing to do, is arrange for a video call with our stores operative who can check the switch setting with you.

Absolute joke, avoid at all costs, switch actually has some sort of electrical malfunction as toggling the stupid black little switch to right or left SOMETIMES cuts out the other side which previously worked. So we paid almost full price (got code discount from friend) of £700 for a broken bed with no solution but being f’d off.

We bought the atom tv bed in natural linen and we couldn’t be more pleased with our purchase. The tv bed has transformed our bedroom, the usb ports are a great edition to ensuring the room looks neat and tidy. Delivery was quick. The bed itself was so easy to assemble all the instructions were clear and straight forward. Chris was a fantastic help to making sure we got the tv fitted correctly and was at the end of the phone to answer any questions. Fantastic service would highly recommend.

Atom tv bed, is excellent value for money. Sturdy, great electronics and looks amazing.

Excellent customer service along the way aswell from the company
